All the songs i like them and that makes me scared. witch one is more likekly to be a waste of potential, witch ones are gonna be overcharted and witch one is gonna be the shock arrows one

Blind Justice is going to be the overcharted one.

The Least 100 sec will hopefully be awesome.

Yeah, I'm kinda side-eyeing what they gonna do with Blind Justice, and it may be overcharted. To be honest, I'm a bit concerned about what they do with The Least 100 sec as well...just kind of a bad feeling on this one.

Even so, some great choices for the new trend. Still fingers crossed we get a few I've been thinking of.

I've been waiting for charts for a lot of these songs, especially Burnin the Floor, Love Shine, The Least 100sec, Trip Machine ~Luv Mix~, and Think Ya Better D. I feel pretty happy right now.

Just hope they're all good or at least decent.

From the ones I watched...I'm gonna make a wild prediction. They're preparing for the first 20, and in the process need to justify the weirdness by integrating it into the lower levels. These chart feel absolutely out of the ordinary. So much jumping lately.

no the charter just rlly wants to integrate mechanics from other rhythm games into these charts, the problem is, DDR is played by tje foot and not by hands

I appreciate the 13s. We don't get modest charts on new songs, everything has to be cranked up to 16 or higher.
13s are fun. 17s often are not.

I like Think Ya Better D, Jet World, and Destiny Lovers. I want to like Burnin' The Floor, but I'm not sure I do.

I'm agree with you in this, I loved TRIP MACHINE ～luv mix～ . I read in a yt video a guy complaining about it having a lot of doublesteps and I was like wtf, this chart has 0 doublesteps lol

So yeah, I was a bit worried about what they would do to The Least 100sec and uh.....yeah....all them damn jumps...

Welp, the other charts are pretty good, and I think my favs are the 13s. I was never really a fan of the song think ya better D as a whole, but the steps look decent. It's funny, I remember people loving the chart for Destiny lovers way back then, so giving it a chart feels a bit odd, but at least the chart is just "okay."

Blind Justice being a 17....yeah, I'm keeping my side-eye on it......

Side note -- I do agree, that some songs can get by with charts that are between 13s and 16s and be just fine. I've often felt like the lone voice saying this back when they did that experimental Groove Radar chart thing, I don't mind steps being challenging and difficult, but at least they should make sense and not just made so chaotic for the sake of it... I'm more prone to like em if they're fun and make sense. The charts they gave AM-3P, 321 STARS, exotic ethnic just as quick examples, fit.

When you see that you need to just have your brain auto-translate it to “I refuse to learn how to crossover”, and there are some pretty twisted crossovers in there.

I was just thinking about this given what was discussed a couple posts up concerning the trend of newer charts that are (let's say) rated 17 and up. Are there any 17s and up that have been recently put out that people collectively do like? The last ones I seem to remember being tolerable were Meteor and Blizzard of Arrows. I could be forgetting some, but it seems like the steps that have come out since have been way more miss and panned than liked.

Example, PARANOiA EVOLUTION. Great choice, but while I don't think hate is the right word for what the opinion is on these , but so far I haven't seen anything positive said about it. Since then we've had a slew of legacy steps that have mostly been 13s to 16s or so, and those have been hit or miss, too, but the majority have been very well received.

But like this new batch, The Least 300sec being the newest legacy 18, so far it seems no one's liking it. I just took a look at Blind Justice and it seems almost as "tolerable" as MUTEKI BUFFALO with all the jumps....but the rest of it... and for a 17, too.
So yeah, I'm just curious what y'all are thinking, because I know for me, the newer 18s have not been well received and I do wonder if Konami is even bothering having these charts tested before deploying...

I think pretty much all of the last batch of classic charts (in the Grand Prix vol 2 pack) look great, with DROP OUT and Silent Hill being the only ones I raise an eyebrow at.

Waiting eagerly to see any doubles charts that come with them. I'm very "fun over difficulty", so I don't feel like most older songs need new singles charts, but doubles is a different story... Konami didn't figure out how to make doubles charts consistently functional until DDR X or so, so I welcome new doubles charts for most older songs.

After consideration, I decided to move Destiny lovers to A tier.
