Also for the summer contest make sure to include the current round's theme in your song title. In this case it is [ZIv Academy].
If your file has a static (not changing) BPM, then you leave the minimum BPM field at -1 and put your actual song's BPM in the maximum BPM box.

At the very least you need to upload a .sm file and an .mp3 (or .ogg) file.
The .sm file is your stepchart data and the sound file is either in .mp3 or .ogg format.
There's also .dwi format which is an old type of stepchart data, but that's optional to upload.
