Ughhh why do they keep doing it like that? It was fine when Idola did it the first time but then they kept forcing you to play songs 3 times if you wanted to unlock them. It's unnecessary padding.

Wait, what exactly does that mean? Is it something like only is accessible when you first enter Extra Attack, and you have to clear it to make the next difficulty accessible, up to ?

(If so, let me guess: you have to clear the chart of all 5 songs to unlock Egoism 440, and clear Egoism 440 to unlock Max.(period) and so on? I'm guessing that the three 'special' RDi songs are part of this event too given their appearance on the teaser. I'm also guessing that no type of Encore Extra Stage is accessible anymore?)

You start with and . Clearing one of those two gives access to , and clearing that gives you access to and . Idola did this first about a year ago, and then it wasn't used again until PRANA+REVOLUTIONARY ADDICT and HEART BEAT FORMULA (Vinyl Mix).

How the hell did he access it that fast. He hasn't even cleared the other extra attack songs since they are still in that folder. I'm playing now, so any info to fast track this process would be much appreciated.

it seems like you just have to play all of the songs once (Basic) You don't need to completely unlock the song. (At least to access Beginner Basic) You might have to play all the way up to Difficult or something, but I don't really know for sure.

Really, from ATTACK PERFECT FULL COMBO straight down to regular Extra Stage requirements like that? Not even Valkyrie dimension made such a big drop; it went from RDA Encore Stage to the final stage in a 7-song 4-life-bar course.

They probably decided to ease up on the requirements so as to avoid a bad reputation for the song. How many times were we gonna have to hope we saw something past that 33 BPM intro before just downright getting sick of it? It was bound to become less of an incentive to unlock it and more of a chore. Very happy to see this change finally go down. Expert chart hype-train time!
