And, of course, if you live in Europe like quite a few users here, you'll be stuck with poorly-maintained EuroMix for seemingly the rest of time.

So you still need to fill nitro bars, but doing it just unlocks the songs for EXTRA ATTACK instead?

This COULD also suggest we can unlock CHALLENGE charts for certain RDi songs through EXTRA ATTACK.

Since I was at the test yesterday; The pads feel nice and after playing Pump for years. I think most players should not have a problem playing on these (my opinion). Some people were AA/AAA 15 and 16 yesterday with no problems. I think some of the players out here are use to modified pads.
The pads feels tight. I mean tight in a good way where the panels are not loose. The noise level is pretty low on them. Menu is pretty easy to get through.
My 2 question:
Is there anyway for US players to access the Basic Course? I
As far as display timing, is the only way to change that is through Basic Course?

I'm very sorry, I'm not familiar with the term "Basic Course". If you're asking about a course mode, this game does not have courses.

I understand that when you fill a nitro bar, the corresponding song appear on Extra Attack, so it allow to unlock the song with the usual metod.

Phil meant the eAmuse basic course. you have to have an eAmusement gate account that is charged with PASELI to get basic subscription course. then, you can use FAST/SLOW display as well as having combo above/below arrows.
also yeah, fill NITRO gauges to get the song to appear in Extra Attack.

Actually I only care about what the chart of OTP will look like and if it will be finally passed on RDI (spoilers: yes) now that Konami will give away the chart and if there's another surprise waiting when someone beats that song.

Didn't Dave & Busters confirm a while ago that they were also going to get into the location test at some point? It doesn't really confirm anything exactly, but it'd still mean a possibility of it outside of R1. And then maybe, maybe if those do smashingly well will other arcades get them. Still the matter of non-chain arcades in general going downhill, or at least seems to be the norm where I live.
