For 3 stages - You need a sum difficulty of 40 or above and you must get AA on all of them.

Here's a sample breakdown to achieve a sum difficulty of 40

14 - Chaos
13 - exotic ethnic
13 - Fly Away -mix del matador


or it could be this

15 - MAX 300
13 - Destiny Lovers
12 - BE LOVIN'

or this

16 - on the bounce -Challenge-
13 - GRADIUSIC CYBER -AMD G5 MIX-
11 - will

you decide for your song choices as long as you meet the bracket. then AA KIMONO<3PRINCESS EXPERT to access roppongi EVOLVED

It's 40! Oh dear, can't even survive 13s to get the chart. But having to play Kimono Princess (or reaching the Extra Stage) is already an achievement in itself for me.

On the Bounce (14), Mind Parasite (13) and exotic ethnic (13) is the easiest IMO if you want to have Kimono Princess available for ES because it does not consume all you stamina

Maybe I'm missing something here... but if you think you'll have trouble getting a AA (950,000) on a 13 footer, what makes you think you can get less than 3 Goods/Misses on KIMONO PRINCESS ?

It really is a price for above average players to achieve the Kimono Princess chart and the roppongi EVOVLED EES stage

Can't Stop Fallin' in Love (Speed Mix) is strangely a 12. O_O

Considering the requirements to get the extra stage, this is the first time I'm forced to play on x2 every time. I always play on x1.

There's more to it than the 40 bar count. When I played X2 and AA'd every song, I was able to get Kimono Princess Difficult. I'm pretty sure if you AA this you'd get roppongi evolved Difficult.

Hmm, I've watched skilled players go to extra stage with only the , , charts available. Some can AA it, and the game doesn't proceed to EES.

ah ok, I just assumed the system was similar to SN2 and X where AAing a boss song on a certain difficulty would proceed to EES playing another boss on the previous difficulty. Guess they changed it.

here's an easier method. (this works for me)

choose on the bounce, Chaos, or Pluto as your 14

then for your 13s, choose Flow (Jammin' Ragga Mix), Fly Away -mix del matador-, Saturn, stoic (EXTREME version), Mind Parasite so that you can get to KIMONO PRINCESS not extremely tired.

saturn and stoic are 12's

I just played earlier (DDR X2 not connected to e-amuse) unless the online update of DDR X2 changed the ratings for them.

It still bugs me that DEAD END, MAKE IT BETTER and Can't Stop Fallin' In Love (SPEED MIX) are rated as 12s. O_O

hmmm, i may be mistaken, though they do feel like 12's

difficulty rating from 12 onwards are already difficult.

I'd throw Dead End and Can't Stop Falling in Love Speed Mix into the same category, but Make It Better? No way. And honestly, I'd put both DE and CSFILSM into the "higher 9" category, next to HVAM and Orion Civ Mix, as they're highly dense and fast charts. I'd agree that they're not really 12s
