I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1 recently and a lot of my songs disappeared...

I haven't had any problems like that; upgraded my iOS and no song packs disappeared. Did you try restoring the songs individually? Restore All? What happens when you try?

jubeat plus and reflec beat plus are updating their twitter feeds.

I came across a tweet that reflec beat plus has some issues with iOS 6 atm.

I read somewhere that since jubeat partnered with Sony, Sony will allow to license their songs for jubeat plus so for those J -artists that are under Sony records, they now have a chance for this game.

Glad the Knit theme has finally been added. Hopefully Copious will be added along with it, my favourite theme out of all the Jubeat games so far, plus it would keep the game up to date.
Good news about Jubeat partnering with Sony also, means we can hopefully see some more j-pop artists now, though I heard those signed to Sony will be released on Xperia. Could be wrong though.

Looking at twitter, looks like it has the same issue as REFLEC BEAT plus, so no, it doesn't work.
