Not exactly my accomplishment but I thought I'd share.
These were over a month ago, just too lazy to upload.

Hey Aaron, went to Ikebukuro Sports. Fantastic place you've got there. Those poor DDR X2 screens...
My PA sucks on the new DDR machines compared to the older ones. This place has an old SuperNOVA 2 and two DDR X cabinets running X2. Three machines with terrible accuracy windows for one reason or another. I was able to tell which X cabinet was shipped with X2 and which one was upgraded too. One of them has very bendy arrows with terrible response and the other has very rigid ones that still had lag, but consistence so I could adjust. I played evenly on both machines and the rigid-paneled machine is where I got the last two AAAs. I was letting people behind me in line go ahead of me just so I could use that machine and not the other.
And boy does it seem like the first thing that breaks or goes bad on those cabinets is the LCD screen. I looked like someone poured water in the top of both of them and the bottommost parts have a yellow tint to them.
Also, a part of my shoe fell off while playing. It had a piece of metal attached to it, I think it was important.

Haha, yeah, the screen on the machine on the left looks particularly runny though I only notice it in the song selection screen and the results screen. (EDIT> See screenshots below for runny goodness)
The machines have been stomped to oblivion and back but I have never had a problem with responsiveness except for the 1P left arrow on the right X2 machine months ago which was since fixed, but I like playing on the machine in the middle anyways.
I actually can't say accuracy is a problem with them because people have MFCs on those machines and a few eAmuse records were set there as well. It took me a while to adjust to the new cabinets so maybe I'm just hardwired that way now. Still, I get the occasional good score on an upgrade cabinet out of the blue.
There is an arcade across the street from there, PIA, that also has a new X2 machine. There is some nasty glare from the lights right above the machine, though. It is also right next to a DM XG machine and volume was a problem last time I was there.
Aaaaanyways, I got two PFCs today at Ikebukuro BSG/Sport. One had awful MA and the other was an eAmuse record, so go figure.
# 1217 - Doll Expert Double

# 1218 - Across The Nightmare Expert Double

...and here is the eAmuse record list after that play. Pity I had to waste a song to see the results.

I also got 2 greats on White Rose Expert Double. I might get that before single, but I *still* don't understand the ending.

I played VS replication D for my first time on difficult and made it pretty far.

Improved my Captain Jack score a lot as well.

Lots of other things as well like almost beating my record on Max 300. (was going to but messed up the ending...)
I PFCed Mei on my PSP if that counts as an accomplishment haha. Seriously though, that was fricking hard.

"OMG KON!" |
-For the peeps!-
@Dr.D - Tell 513 he is a beast! Oh and congrats on your course record (pretty damn insane) and Captain Jack
@seishinbyou - Wow dood! Nice job on snagging the world record on Across the Nightmare! That is one of my favorite Doubles charts (I like walking forwards and backwards on segments of that chart)
@Chewphoria~ - Nice scores! Especially on Kimono Princess! That AAA took me a pretty long time to get but its a really fun chart
-For the win!-
Alright So basically... Heads up. This is a pretty big update from me. This all is from just two days of playing so I will just break down each day and explain what's up...
Day 1: So basically went to The Den and didn't actually expect to play too long. I played a few rounds of DrumMania and moved immediately to DDR after destroying Children's Sketchbook on Extreme (I think it's a 98).
I played a few warm ups on Doubles and decided to move onto single... and DAMN. I was pretty much AAAing everything that day. Mind you some of them were VERY easy, but either way my Perfect attack's were amazing. I don't think I got under 10 at all all day on any songs I played. I also almost AAA'd a 4 song round when making the footcams (Bad girls, Dream a Dream and Holiday) but failed on LOVE (its a really weird chart to me).
So in total that day I ended up getting 6 AAA's. I was updating my Facebook constantly on how much I was destroying so a few of my fans knew this update was coming on youtube
And without further ado I bring to you my super update...
BAD GIRLS (Expert) AAA'd TWICE
DREAM A DREAM (Expert) AAA'd TWICE
KUNG FU FIGHTING (Expert) AAA
HOLIDAY (Expert) AAA'd TWICE
Make Your Move (Expert) AAA
LOVE (Expert) AAA
DAY 2: Went to Stratford Square Mall a second time to play some SuperNOVA 2. Met another player there that goes on Zenius that I usually end up playing with. He didn't stay too long after I arrived and left. I was struggling with my Marvelous Attack on some easy stuff so I decided to wait until I actually get a AAA to start recording. In the meantime I was putting in the unlock codes and cleaning the pads because they were so gross when I got there. The pads still have issues and I didn't remember a screwdriver to open up the pads to fix them. Plus it was crowded so it wouldn't have been a great plan. Very annoying people there that day but one really nice guy that gave me $15 in tokens for being a good player and he had to catch a movie so I decided to streat myself to cinnabon later
After about 2 hours of playing some difficult stuff and putting in the last unlock code I got serious. To kick things off I got a PFC AAA on Electrified...

And then I decided to start recording. I was trying to get a AAA on MAXIMIZER on SEDUCTION but the pads were giving me issues on the faster streams. So I got two other I always wanted to AAA but couldn't because they were on a crappy SuperNOVA machone on an American X cab...
Polovtsian Dances And Chorus (Expert) AAA'd TWICE
Silver Platform -I wanna get your heart- (Expert) AAA
So That was the only two days I played last week because of school work and having to make a ton of videos. I also got somewhat made that week because I heard Gameworks threw out their DDR EXTREME machine, for what at the time seemed like no reason. We were only able to save The Header and possibly the hardware (we don't know if Gameworks is keeping it). So we restored my cabinet with the spare parts. Yesterday after we fixed the machine I was told by a friend that Gameworks got an X2... So guess where I am going this weekend most likely... I don't understand why they threw out a perfectly working DDR EXTREME instead of throwing out the X. So now Gameworks has a SuperNOVA, X and X2 machine... I think that's VERY odd...
Oh and I saw this after I uploaded all my scores...

>_< Yay!

Yes they threw it in the trash. We kept telling them that we would buy it from them or buy at least some parts but they took it apart, broke it down and threw it in the trash. We saw this coming because the manager was showing interest in DDR X2 because of a very large group of players that come in and spend money on the game. I was also emailed that he would only purchase it if he could throw out one of the other dance games. This is their second time throwing away a DDR machine btw.Lucky boy you'll play on X2 ! Why throw out a perfectly good cabinet when you have the opportunity to sell it??
That just makes no sense - you gain nothing, and lose money.

Met up with AeronPeryton today briefly. The world has converged into utopia.
I also got one just a bit before he showed up at Ikebukuro Sport while messing around. Me and Yoshiki on the next machine (between songs) were flailing around and shouting "FLOW FLOW FLOW FLOW..." while I played because I already thought I got a great early on in the first 16th burst but then I saw the yellow flare at the end and got a pic after that WTF moment. My MA was terrible but given the circumstances, this was still pretty epic.

Played on pad for the first time in over two weeks because of an accident I had (tripped and smashed my foot into a cement block) and PFC'd Zero
on X CS. Got 74 perfects. Pretty bad MA for me but my foot still hurts

And yet your combo count was gold throughout the song.

Yeah, but I don't pay any attention to the combo count colour during play and usually never think to look there. In all honesty I only knew it kept track of your combo type very recently. The "Great" judgement flash is a big enough change that I notice it 99% of the time except in 16th runs at times.
I got a couple small accomplishments today but nothing too special (pics later when I dig out my camera)
Shiny World Standard AAA/PFC but this is nothing new since I had done it in the RDA course several times before
1 great on Ubertreffen Double Expert...damn, so close but that is still good to me considering all the wide BS stretches and steps in that middle section on double.
