It just sounds like one of those songs that repeats a 30 second loop infinitely, so it never really appealled to me. Test Room, however...man, was I pissed to see it wasn't in Universe EU...

Well, sort of, but it's the variation of rhythm that makes it so interesting. Snake Charmer and Loops are similar (as well as High and Summer in Belize from ITG).

The Ultramix series has some of the best and worst songs in DDR history. At least, that's What I'd Say.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Altitude (Ultramix 2). That song rocks.

I agree. All of those Drum'n'Bass songs are awesome (except HVGM). It hasn't been mentioned because we're talking about potential crossovers, and that's a license.

HVGM was... weird. I didn't like it. Drum'n Bass and Healing Vision don't mix.


That's the truth. Some songs were simply amazing while others made my ears bleed.

The first minute of HVGM was great, it's just when the break came in, it was a little too WTF? for me. But if they didn't have the drum break, the rest of the song felt like 98 BPM, so it'd be a bit pointless doing it at double speed.

And why do the characters look so ridiculous in the dialogue sequences? They should've just used the toasty cut-ins.

It's looking pretty nice though. I still want a Song Select Screen though!!

Party Lights by Tommie Sunshine...I wonder if that's a KO? I can't find anything on it. Not on Flourish either.

And I LOVE how the characters look in Street Master Mode, haha.

I believe Party Lights is a commission, since Tommie Sunshine is a New York based artist who mainly does dance remixes of more mainstream pop/rock.

Xmix1 sounds like a Power Course, and Jiggens did some in the Universe series. Looks like that's being ported over to PS2.

Are the others KO's? I can't find anything on Ruffage & Size, and frances maya has been a known vocalist for some KO's in the past, so I'm guessing they are.

The artist who drew the Street Master Mode portraits is... not as good as whoever drew the cut-ins. They look... awkward.

On a sad note, this game is also looking to be... SuperNOVA2. Please KONAMI, I really want this game to live up to its namesake. Delay or something, I just don't want it to be another catch-up game.
