I think these charts all look like fun. I know this is coming from someone who can only pass two DDR 18s and one 17, but I would still enjoy working to pass all four of them. I really like the fact that DDR is including consistant streams and those green arrows. It is starting to look similar to ITG.

Do you think that will draw some of the pro-ITG anti-DDR players back to DDR? I know so many people that talk about how ITG rapes DDR, and they never even think about the fact that the gap is closed and there is the possbility of DDR coming out with even harder charts then usual. (I hope that makes sense)

I will seriously laugh if Konami makes a chart as hard as a Dragonforce song.

VD is harder than Strike of the Ninja imo.

Does the booklet show any information on who Spriggan is?

Is the title screen suppose to have an unlock level badge when getting unlocks via eAmuse?

Another OST question... does it have the lyrics to Sacred Oath in there, and if it does, could you scan them?
There are so many blasted songs on that soundtrack, I wouldn't be totally surprised if it wasn't included, but there was a little gap in the lyrics that I think Pie had and I was hoping the booklet or something would fill it in...

For SN2 & X, it will only show the unlock level badge when the machine setting is set to Local Mode.
So i guess X2 might be the same...

Have they even had characters in the booklets since like... 5th mix? *skipped all the physical discs after Extreme though, so I have no idea* I was hoping for it, but I'm ready to be disappointed...

The Enjoy unlocks are unlocked for all players.

So that leaves...

-The Marathon-only Challenge charts
-The special event Pix dancing character
-The jubeat knit append update

I guess that's not enough to warrant another round of unlocks. That's all folks.

Stage codes for Local Mode machines incoming?

Konami of Japan doesn't support local mode only machines in Japan (for updates). If you are not on eAmuse, you miss out.

However, I'd expect codes for the overseas versions.

Edit> I'll work on those lyrics from the songbook and post them later. There isn't anything too complicated in there, though.

something that would surprise me would be either usb based unlocks, or them releasing codes that only work on localised EU and american cabinets. Would then be interesting to see if it worked on a local mode jp cabinet in that respect.

Both cases would kind of suck.

Whats weird is that there is still an IR 4 to come. I say its weird cause usually we get new songs Via the IR event.

Also I'm calling it right now, IR4 will have a special course with the new charts for the RD songs.

My friend had the Extreme CD which didn't have any characters in it, but then again there were no characters on the AC.(Unless you count Concent and Zukin on the main menu or those people on the difficulty level banners)

I was wondering if there really were any physical discs for the SuperNOVA1 and 2 soundtracks. And why iTunes doesn't have any more DDR soundtracks up.
