The challenge charts+applicable crossovers were unlocked prior to today.

Speaking of "Theory of Eternity", who else thinks it will be DDR X2's "Beautiful Life"? I mean, the Bemanistyle crew stated that all the songs were known and we didn't know about this when they said that...

Valkyrie Dimension - Not "total" garbage (F**Ken ridiculous especially with the infamous step jump step ending) but not "total" garbage.
New decade - it's ok (not really liking the intense jumping sections though)
Anti-Matter - awesome chart no complaints
POSSESSION - as per my previous post a revised version of the beta chart... i pretty sure anyways but liking it.

Just noticed the song wheel at the beginning (all roppongiEVOLVED songs individually selectable = nice)

Yeah, that was the last unlock we got.

seishinbyou just confirmed on Facebook that the Chinese charts are unlocked.

Anyone know if BREAK DOWN! is unlocked?

The Chinese charts were unlocked on Dec. 1st of 2010 though. They were part of the unlocked songs; when you picked one of the songs and selected Challenge difficulty, the Chinese song/chart came up (though iFutureList was the same chart, just different vocals)

I have no idea about the Enjoy Level Unlocks like Break Down, though. It doesn't take *that* much play time to get it anyways, especially at this point where the game has been out over half a year.

And honestly, this is the first DDR soundtrack I've been excited about since EXTREME.

True, but everyone and their brother in Japan that plays the game (or any Bemani/Konami game that takes eAmuse) anywhere remotely close to casual has one.

I have videos of VD Single Beginner and Basic as well as Double Expert.

Except "Anti-Matter" and possibly "New Decade", challgenge charts for RDA songs are just garbage ... I don't know what steps team have smoke, but did they actually played VD S ? I suspect the very last jump (and 8th note) isn't intentionnal, it was forget ... Does this make a sense ?
Ok for a 19, but not just a chart full of arrows with no-sense or full of shock arrows ... Where's the originality now ?

I say the thing in the red line like 4-5 times already in the past few month. And i still think the same, for sure.

The last "stream" is full of crossover. The jump came right after an afronova walk.

Hell no. You might not know ITG well i guess. If i take any decent/regular itg player and show them those chart, they will laugh and say "Oh wtf is this sh*t ?".
Even if i'm not a decent itg player, i still think "Serioulsy no... wth >.>"

1:19 -> 1:29 : I don't like all those freezes, it confuse me and aren't necessary. Also, it becomes harder and harder to read with crossovers and afronova walks in it :s.
1:29 -> 1:34 : Stream at 185bpm full of crossovers + afronova walk... wth...
1:50 -> 1:56 : is really garbage.
I'm disapointed again because i love the song and the chart.

Also,
New Decade : Too many jumps and meh stuffs.
Anti-Matter : It's even worst than the chart. The rythms have no sence at all. Did they listen to the music OR NOT ? (since i'm trying to do my own steps on this one, i can say again that a bunch of 8th are out of the place).


So to sum up : Fuck i'll play the charts.

Anti Matter ONI- Possible to full combo and a neat chart so it's all good.

New Decade ONI- Not familiar with this. Jumps just don't make sense to me.I like the ending part better or halfway.

POSSESSION Oni- We all know this is the beta chart. Probably IMO the best challenge chart in this game.

Valkyrie Dimension ONI- No doubt this would be the topic of the day. Not bad for a first 19 but it is messed up quite a lot. It could do much better but at least it's not like PTF.

See folks, you ask for a 19 and you get bullshit charts. Why? Because beyond a 16 charts become ridiculously hard because they HAVE to become ridiculously hard to reach such a rating. I don't see how anyone can expect a chart to be anything but garbage at 17 and beyond.
