Wanted to respond to this earlier as an attachment to my last post but kinda forgot to, whoops. 
I read this review and all I could think was, "Yikes..." Even though you say you weren't sure if any of the steps followed parts of the song, I tried to make sure that at least most of the chart had rhythmic reasoning in terms of the song. If you're confused about what exactly is being followed, I decided to be extra (as usual lel) and make a video that pointed out exactly what part of the song I was following.
I tried to be as specific as possible when pointing out which parts of the track I was alluding to but I don't know much about what "instruments" are involved in making EDM-y songs like this one (is this even EDM LOL). If you're still confused, perhaps refer to the off vocal, and if you're still confused as to what's being followed at certain parts, I would appreciate it if you specified which ones so I can understand what's ambiguous and maybe keep that in mind for future files.
All that being said about the rhythm choices, I want to address your "hands" comment. This is my first time experimenting with hands and I know they've been used well in prior contest entries (one that comes to mind is Lisek's file for Hello from the first Simfile Shuffle). I added them in a draft of the chart and I personally found them charming. I don't know exactly what you meant by the comment, but it sounds like you're saying that hands in any chart can't be enjoyable, which I'm sure many would disagree with. If you just didn't like them in this chart that's fine, but "do I even have to mention the hands?" isn't very constructive advice as a step artist as you aren't saying what was wrong with them or why they weren't fitting.
Apologies if any of this comes across as snarky and/or over the top to anyone, especially you ledgam3r1279. It's honestly not my intention. Personally I think this is overall one of the best files I've put out and one of my most worked on (I had a draft done ages ago and I spent a few days trying to get

All that being said, thanks for the +4 on Nude Beach A Go-Go. That one was more of a quickie, but I had a lot of fun with it, so I'm glad you appreciated it. <3

That's why I cut out the 2 seconds of his fully opening the door. At least you still have the rest of the ~1:56 to enjoy!
I appreciate your comments & opinions on the file. Allow me to elaborate as to why I have both difficulties. If I were heartless to players lacking the abilities to play higher-level difficulties, then I would have just used the
chart as the chart and called it a day. What I like to try to do for songs that I step that are/were featured on IIDX, I usually try to take the Hyper chart (and maybe another, depending on the song) into account when stepping the chart, since I usually try to make my charts more ITG-esque as far as difficulty goes. Dunno if you've ever played the Hyper chart to SO FABULOUS!! but the attempts to mimic the rhythm of the keysounds. Naturally it's gonna be hard, so that's why I included a , to focus on different rhythms and create steps in certain areas that rhythmically complement the song, even if it's not matching completely, that would allow for an easier stepchart; similar to what DDR does to their stepcharts all the time.

Wow, that was a lot to read; at least I'm learning a lot about what other people are thinking in their files. Now on to the most important replies:
@ddrstepper Yikes, that was a harsh response. Well, I can't be perfect every time, but looking back at what I said now, I guess I did kind of deserve that, so sorry. Maybe the hands and the constant switching between parts really did irk me that much. Still though, I would hardly even consider my words a "review" at all, but closer to a very abbreviated form of one. I honestly considered not giving feedback to some files because I couldn't think of anything productive to say about them, good or bad. And I appreciate the effort to try to make me understand your intentions (as if that's going to change my votes at all), but a good chart to me is a chart where I can have fun without the need for further explanations like that. My interpretation of the song and my expectations for what the chart should be like just happen to be vastly different from yours, that's all. Namely, I also like charts with steps that don't explicitly follow anything in the song but still make complete sense in the context of dancing/freestyling (which can also be interpreted in many different ways).
And here's another opinion that could apply to any simfile, and not just yours: yes, I don't find hands to be fun at all, because 1) "This is a game where you use your feet" (hands optional), 2) they feel very forced even in the context of freestyling, and 3) you can still incorporate hands into a "hands-less" chart as an alternate interpretation to said chart (even though it may not look obvious, but that's the point).
@DDRDAIKENKAI I almost forgot that another option is to directly open the .sm/.ssc file and set the video to start before beat 0 (beat -1.5 or something like that). It sucks that we can't scroll up before the beat 0 directly in the editor, but it's the best solution right now.
@Gameoson Does this work for you? And there's always the "Transliterate" setting in the options menu too.

Thanks for the quick review
Just a couple of things :
- My way of rating songs is mainly looking at how physically tiring the steps are. Some rhythms are hard to follow and some patterns are bursty, but overall there are not that many steps. That explains the 7.
- These are not shock arrows, just mines, because this is not DDR, and I don't want to follow arbitrary rules dicated by Konami.
Moreover, I wanted the players to remove their feet at these two points so I put mines.

What do you guys use to make your awesome graphics?
I got lucky and found an already-made one for Planetary (GO!) in Google Images for the banner and just used a random pic of the band members for the background.

Blaze it UP!: First of all why in the actual hell does this not have more votes? I think Pandy did a phenomenal job with following and accenting certain rhythms in the song and preventing it from simply just being a repetitive/decent chart and made it really fun.
DOODAH!: Yo, I have been waiting a while for someone to step this song and do it justice especially with the 8th stream during the "GO!" sound sample.
BUNNY! BUNNY!! BUNNY!!: I really debated participating this week and guess what I was gonna step
. I just got lazy and felt bored though so I didn't do it plus I was getting carried away w/ the gfx bc the first thing that popped into my head when I thought of bunnies was not the most appropriate thing for a set of gfx for a simfile.
So Fabulous!!: I honestly really didn't know how to feel when it came to this file. It was good and not a bad chart at all, I just got a bit bored
. I don't know why too because it is one of my favorite songs too.
泡沫、哀のまほろば : Oh dear, now when I saw you stepped this it raised my brow a bit. My main issue with this is that it just felt bland and repetitive or some parts were unnecessary. The freezes from M5-7 felt off & the jumps in M10 & M14 weren't necessary. The patterning in M16 didn't match up to song like I could see what you were trying to do but you were off. M18-25 felt bland and you could've done a little more or if anything you could've used a different cut of the song during instead (1:33 from the extended version would've worked well here as thats what I did in my version of the file). M36-43 also felt boring and repetitive, like you could've done a lot more with the rhythms. M44-M46 eh yeah there was no need for that stream of 8ths, it was going to nothing at all and the crossovers from m44-45 are a bit uncomfortable in my opinion. Well thats its really I guess, I swear I'm not trying to be mean like theres ALWAYS one file in every batch that I do this for I don't know why but I just do it every time.
