Hey, crossovers are awesome when transplanted in moderation, look at SN2
SN1 was where they really overdid it.
And Extreme too, but i guess i liked the crossovers in that game too much to care. But I can admit the amount of new KOs in that game was pretty disappointing

SN2 handled the crossovers really well and it's one of the few mixes where I think that another one might have hurt the overall songlist.
SN1 had too many crossovers and some of the stepcharts* feel really boring despite the songs being good. Songs songs are good but just not good for ddr.

Extreme's new KOs were lacking but I found them to be pretty good Hyper Eurobeat, 1998, Kind Lady, So In Love, and Tears are pretty damn good. My only complaint with Extreme was the amount of licenses - but that doesn't mean I want more licenses. As long as the licenses sound catchy and have the potential to be fun, I'll have no compaints with them.

yeah, buy what exactly did your first post mean when you said it never "made it"? the song was in three arcade releases(6th, 7th, and extreme) as well as a japanese and NA home version, i think it did just fine. also, its pretty common to reference a song as "from" using its ORIGINAL game. thats why you were corrected. so deep is FROM 6th mix. its IN max 2 NA.

I have Dazzlin' Darling all stepped and ready to go, but I had to head over to the Language Lab (where I am right now), so it'll be up within an hour or two.

Besides the very beginning (where I'm pretty sure you HAVE to double step), it's pretty good. Be warned though, if you don't like spinning, you probably don't want to play it too much.

Still, I don't much care for the gallups. The charts not bad, but it ain't as good as FIRE FIRE and smooooch.

I cna't comment on smooooooooooch (you don't have it up :c) but FIRE FIRE appears like a good chart. I'd rather play the doubles chart to give some good feedback.

Dazzlin' Darlin is not as good as smooooch or FIRE FIRE. The gallops really turn me off, I don't feel they fit. Not a bad chart otherwise, but just not as fun as FIRE FIRE or smooooch. I'd prefer it be changed a bit.
