Well, I've been hearing prople say it's IIDX's 10th anniversary for a year or two, so maybe that could be why some didn't notice it.

I was under the impression that IIDX GOLD was the 10th anniversary of IIDX. I don't see any evidence that this is the THE FINAL.
Also, something doesnt feel right about the fact that all those Parallel Rotation songs became available, yet still the only OMES in the game is Bad Maniacs.

beatmania IIDX (1st style) was released 1999. Anyway, as for the PARALLEL ROTATION songs, I think that GOLD, DJ TROOPERS, and EMPRESS will be PARALLEL ROTATION #02, and then maybe something like ALL STYLE for PARALLEL ROTATION #03 fille with past ES's and OMES's, with an OMOMES to top it off.Also, something doesnt feel right about the fact that all those Parallel Rotation songs became available, yet still the only OMES in the game is Bad Maniacs.

All I can hope is that its chart isn't exceedingly dumb like the original's. It's only a 6/7/10 though (according to purotora), so it can't be that bad (I hope).
EDIT: purotora seems to have the DP difficulties, as Golden Cross was listed as 6/8/12.

That is if he hasn't been Mitsuru this whole time.
But either way, Zenius -II- Mother wouldn't be in Parallel Rotation Gold anyway. Tatsh would be listed on the credits if it was anywhere in SIRIUS.

Since Mitsuru is listed in the credits and it hasn't been confirmed who he is, we can't be sure of that.
The first time we've seen (presumably) Mitsuru is in She is my wife's video, and it's with the beatnation records crew (that Tatsh was apparently part of for a short time) while wearing sunglasses. Tatsh also doesn't seem to take many pictures that are public either, as the only one I know of is from around the time of IIDX RED (I think), and that would be about 4 years ago (and it's on RemyWiki if you haven't seen it).
