My brief comments

Bracket 1

Les Vague - cool song, reminds me a bit of certain background music from Super Mario Galaxy (probably because of the accordion).
steps are great, though there was one repeated section of the song in which I think the steps should have been going to just the strong percussion (?) instead of the accordion. This was done in the final instance (you have a jump, then two more jumps an 8th apart), but not really in the first two (or however many there were). Other than those half-measure sections, This was great!

ROTARY DIAL - Well, after playing the song with lyrics, I realize how sad and creepy this song is. The bounciness of it at the beginning is really addicting, though.
Great chart. No problems here! Looks really fun to play.

It's really really close, but I think ROTARY DIAL has to get the point. There was absolutely nothing to complain about on my end. Both were really great!

Bracket 2

Battle in the Moonlight - I liked this song better than Spork!'s this week.
Pretty good. The gimmicks were a little off-setting, but I knew the chart on C-mod before so it wasn't much of a problem afterwards.
This is great as well!

The Island
I kinda see what you were doing with the first vocals, but some of the breaks in between vocals felt off. Chart isn't bad, but idk, the first part with the lyrics kinda made me not like the rest of the chart as much. The rest was pretty good.
Not bad, I just wondered what the long 16th streams were there for. They didn't entirely make sense.

Telperion wins here. Certain things about Spork!'s file irked me (I mentioned them already), though both were pretty well-made.

Bracket 3

Ashley's Song - The song's cool!
The chart is very hard to read in terms of timing. (I think you already knew that.) The weird spins kinda weirded me out, but the rest of the chart was alright.

Rosetta - I like the song
The chart was really nice, aside from a couple awkward jumps. Also the syncing isn't amazing either. I think the BPM drifts a bit throughout the song. After fixing the offset, the sync was much better.

All-in-all, I'm going to have to go with Rosetta. I really liked the chart, though it was offsync a bit. Ashley's Song was cool, too, but I didn't like the chart as much.

Bracket 4

Your Adventure Log has Vanished - Yeah, I thought this song was familiar (ddrstepper did step this last year in Round 1 IIRC)

Insane Techniques
Pretty good chart for a great song. The gimmicks were fitting, though a bit unsettling at first.
Love this. I especially enjoy that 24th stream on mobile/keyboard.

Insane Techniques gets my point here. Literally, doing that 24th stream with my thumbs is soooo fun.

Plus Danshi (Hard)
It’s a solid chart. There could have been a few good gimmicks to give the chart a lot of flavor like stutter gimmicks on beat 48 to beat 53 but you probably didn't have time for that. Some 8th runs should break to follow the lyrics. Beat 311 to beat 342 have some 16th notes missing, unless you chose not to step it. I think it follows the music more if you did step it though. You stepped it in the beginning of the chart (beat 21 to beat 53).

Miss You (Expert)
It’s an okay chart. I really don’t know what exactly you’re stepping in the beginning, especially with those rolls that transition to the 16th bursts. Holy moly the warps were cringey to me but I guess they were fine. I personally thought that some parts were incredibly inaudible unless you listen VERY closely.

A Bella ! (Hard)
It’s a good chart, and since it’s M2U, it should be relatively easy to step. ;)
Beat 36’s jump does not flow really well. Maybe it should have been a DU jump. I think the only part(s) I like are the ones with 16th notes in them that gave some nice musicality points. Other step rhythms were pretty bland, even though you followed the song really well. I feel that it should also have some stutter gimmicks to give it some flavor, but I think you didn’t have the time for that.

Midnight Drift (Expert)
I think it’s the best chart out of the 4 in this round. This chart may be better if you shortened the beginning of the song by like 2 or 4 8-counts before the drop. But then again, this song is already the shortest in the top 4. Nice steps on the hi-hats. The steps and musicality are insane on this song. Random, but nice footswitch on Beat 203 since it fits the synth. Beat 220 and on may be cooler if you stepped the hi-hats and kicks, but the synth works well too.
