Overall, files were very competent. There weren't any that were really "bad". Voting was pretty hard for me. I've been playing these all week on mobile, but I don't usually vote until I've played everything on StepMania. I kinda want to give points to everything but I don't have enough points to distribute.

Itadaki Momoiro Zombie Nian -
This song is so diffierent from a lot of stuff I've seen before. The varying moods is why I submitted this song. I wish you had added in some 100 BPM sections though. (The first part where you stepped all freezes and the triplet rhythms.)
Overall this is a good chart. Not necessarily what I would've done for certain parts but you've done a good job.
this was decent too. The quads and hands were kind of annoying but aside from that, I like it.
I'm glad this song was given justice.

licca - This is a different cut than I've seen before. Is this an album version?
Wow, the gimmicks really make this file good. Honestly, if the stops weren't present I would've liked it less.

Living In The City - song is decent.
Good job on the chart. It's nice and easy and it fits the song well, too.

Mind Your Own Business - Fun song. It's very catchy.
This is pretty fun. I felt like some of the 24ths might've fit a tiny bit better as 16ths, but I could just be timing it slightly off.

Naedine - The song is really pleasant sounding. I like it.
I like this chart. It's very simple and I like it. It's not overtly hard or easy.

On and On - Song is pretty good.
I liked rhythm choices for the most part. Patterns were mostly okay, but there were some questionable patterns that made one doublestep. They are doable at this speed, though so it's not too big a deal.

One More Time - This is pretty good. Rhythm choices were good until the end. I didn't really agree with the 4th-16th-8ht-4th rhythms with the ending freezes. To me, there's nothing really audible there. Like, there is something goign on there, but it's not loud enough compared to the long notes. The gimmicks, like others have mentioned, didn't feel natural. But they're workable after the first play so I can deal with them.

$$$EX - Song is alright. Not too bad.
Personally, this is more of a 15 on X-scale. The ending is what bumps it up there for me. Plus the jumpsteps. Not bad aside from some doublesteps/footswitches in disguise.

Time Again - Not the best NekoMata Master song IMO.
File is slightly late. But otherwise, pretty good chart for this song. A couple awkward patterns are in there, but just a couple.

VELFARRE 2000 - The song is okay but it's not my cup of tea.
chart is good, though. No real problems with it.
I'm not sure this qualifies as an 11. I think it's more of a 10 / 15.
In the "Velfarre Velfarre...dancing Dancing" section, it kind of annoyed me that for the "velfarre velfarre", you had 4th-8th-4th jump and then the "dancing dancing" was all 4th jumps.

妖怪祭参道 -Oriental Swing- - interesting song. It's not bad.
Pretty good chart. There were a couple instances where I felt the BPM should've been briefly halved. I can point them out to you if you want me to tell you what I had in mind.

Zetsubousei Hero
This song is so long omg. There was a part towards the end that could have used a very brief stop. PM me and I can tell you what beat.
This is a good chart. It's a pretty hard 9 tbh. It's like a 14 X-scale. The slowdown was pretty unique, starting on an 8th note, which made 4th's and 8ths off beat. It was interesting how that was managed. It makes sense, though.
This is the hardest chart this week, no doubt. I"m not even sure how to rate this tbh. It's maybe a 16/17.
