Well I am still new to this website. And I'm not too aware of how Stepmania sync exactly works besides Global Offset and Song Offset

I like this meme of "I don't know how it works, but let me attempt to tell you how it works anyway".

If you don't know what the offset should be, DON'T SAY "OFFSET SHOULD BE 0.000". And stop saying "Add these songs", the simfile creators KNOW what they're doing.
