Sweet, so Hero is a US exclusive
The game is pretty meh to me as I would have to play the songs myself for me to (dis)like them. Both regions have got just about all the content that appears in the arcade itself. All that's missing are the accessories, the (upcoming) X-specials and any other small goodies we have yet to see.
In terms of US games, we can expect the next DDR installment to have just about the same amount of new content as DDRX, with some some songs we haven't received yet from previous games.

I like the steps for A Geisha's Dream, they look like fun. But it suffers from SEVERE copy-paste syndrome, and that's kind of a turn off for me. I still think the song is awesome though.
There's no problem with copy-paste (there is some of this on X and the UNIS, and I've used it in some of my charts) when the same chords/feeling/etc. recur, but in this case, yeah, the vocals are a bit more overwhelming, so it should be a little different. What's with you people? DDR X is supposed to be a collaboration of several different themes, yet you all are unwelcoming to these new artists that come in. Don't you think Japanese songs, Smile.DK, Naoki, U1, jun and such would get boring after awhile? The commissions make DDR X the great comeback from SN2 it is.

Not sure how Al does it, but he's away at the moment. It obviously can be done, and if I could do it I would.

The game JUST came out dude , give people some time to enjoy the game before they rip the songs and make simfiles. It'd be pretty unfair if they did that on an ASAP basis , it would make the purchase meaningless.

OHMYGOD I'm gonna go crazy looking at my Play Asia order info. I wish it would ship already!!
I'm dying to play this game, and decide whether or not it's good.
Of course, it can't possibly be as bad as the US game. My two major problems with the US game were the abundance of SN2 KOs and the crappy licenses like "Here we go" and "Sound of Freedom", so X JP can't disappoint me in that sense?

well, I just got the game, and noticed that the initial songlist has almost all new songs, the unlocks are mostly the songs we know from DDR X (NA)
A bit disappointing :1
