It's very difficult being European and hearing "they ignored the game" from Americans. You actually got something. We are still technically waiting and I have no clue if they fixed the online yet.

Tbf, unlike America, Canada has only ONE location in this whole giant country. I was just very fortunate to live nearby the D&B they decide to put it in :V

I am glad that Konami brought over DDR A, despite what my posts have perceived otherwise; the pads are awesome, and I was initially excited for all the new stuff I didn't get to play at 8 on the Break in DDR 2013/2014 (though I do miss EZ Do Dance. Fun song/chart). What I didn't like is how they ignored the non-Asian market for the game, either holding back licenses or delaying for weeks the songs they DID bring over. Groove Coaster and Pump It Up's US releases don't do this.
Here's hoping Dancerush Stardom turns out okay!

Like, literally, who cares? You get to play alnost all of the songs, nd that's more than what most people can say.

I'm not a fan of the idol songs either, but y'all aren't about to sit here and whine about how you can't play shit like Japari Park. It's not that serious.
Also the idol songs are fun as hell to play. Don't @ me though.

I'm done with this thread.
Also, Europe has had more officially released DDR games than the U.S. has had, most noticeably back in DDR's prime in the late 90's/early 00's. I'm not saying it excuses the shit Konami pulled with the European release of DDR A, but I'm just noting it.

Okay, but you still live in the US. If people who live in countries that don't have Ace (and probably won't at this point. just being honest) are tell you that you're whining about nothing, you probably are.

So what if Europe got more games in the early 2000s? Doesn’t explain Europe getting the shitty end of the stick for the past ten years. We did get more games but the early PS2 ones were fragmented versions of the US versions. Woo, a 20-song PS1 version of Extreme! Aren’t we fucking spoilt!?

Yeah, you guys really weren't given any justice until Supernova and even then you got screwed out of Supernova 2 because of... whatever the reason was that they couldn't import the Japanese PS2's that were part of the Supernova & Supernova 2 machines.

The Japanese PS2 the hardware used was outlawed because of the mercury in it. Whilst we weren’t able to get a EU version some arcades still imported the Japanese one anyway.

And then we received the extremely well built DDR X and the X2 update with no lag issues

Okay, I will and I'll probably enjoy it way more than 99% of the licenses that you guys are constantly getting your panties in a twist over.

A friend of mine uses them for ITG and does really well in them, so I'd imagine they'd be pretty decent for DDR as long as they actually work with your playstyle. I personally play like garbage in super thin soled shoes so Fitkicks probably wouldn't work for me but they might be great for you. Give them a try.
