The only things I buy from Hot Topic are shirts and CD's. It's annoying when people assume that everyone who buys ANYTHING from Hot Topic are mallcore goth kids. Sure, a large majority of "mallcore goth kids" shop there but I'm not one of them

Exactly, I like the shirts and CD's. Some of their ties are freaking amazing. I mean, I went into the store with a NASA hat, flop flops, a 3:16 shirt, and some flannel shorts. I am totally goth, right?
