One question, how come this banned user is still online and logged in on the list? I thought they cannot even log in when banned.

They're allowed to log into the site. They are only prohibited from posting on forums, posting in the chat, and posting comments on pictures and simfiles

I know I'm not well known on here yet but I do agree with queen-zukin here. Just by seeing how animemental1 acts makes me wonder why he hasn't been. But hasn't he/she/whatever been banned before?

Urm, ain't seen him causing trouble recently. So not yet.
The site does not automatically ban people when they have reached -100pts, they need to be concidered well-justified by an admin before they are banned.

Once a person is banned, he's banned. He reached a low rating because of his behavior. It's better to be safe than sorry as a person that is unbanned can repeat the behavior but to a much higher degree out of spite.
