Should the backgrounds with copyright information be included? Examples include IRRESISTIBLEMENT and TWILIGHT ZONE.

Sure, if you've got them. Personally I absolutely hated that and am glad Konami stopped almost as quickly as they started. Then there's the web addresses on ULTRAMIX licenses. Tongue

Konami's art department used a heavily modified picture of Reece Witherspoon to make the original AFRONOVA background. Reece's lawyers find out, and tell them somewhat politely to remove it, Konami makes another (less scary looking) background. So far as I heard anyways.

Not the only time they've skirted copyright laws.
