I think he meant that doing the streams in Relinquish are the same as hitting 1/4 steps at 800 BPM, so you are hitting it at 800. 
Just like with MAX., you're still only hitting them at 300BPM.

I've uploaded a save for everyone. Hyper Master Mode is finished on Single, and there are about ten or so songs left to purchase. It's something for now, I'll add an updated save if it's still needed when I have everything completed.

And does anyone else find it funny that Unreal replaced FELM on Barrier? Now it seems like the changed order for the US would be more appropriete, haha.

Yep. FELM is not in SN2 JP PS2. That must be why they changed it to ''UNREAL'' on the Barrier course.
