Sony Japan hasn't announced if they will release the X2 soundtrack, so it looks like importing from KonamiStyle will be the only way to go.Kinda sad that an awful OST like X+HP2 does get a wider release, but this one that does look really promising won't.

I told the owner of the bowling alley here about that X2 lease, and I think I may have won him over.

No X2 machines in New Hampshire yet. I did tell my local arcade a bout the upgrade and he is looking into it also one arcade at a beach I go to should change to X2 since he has gotten yelled at for the shitty X machine he got.

I've been on ZIV, even before I moved here. Used to live in Ontario, we only had Extreme in my old hometown, but the cabinets were excellent.

For anyone who cares, at Round1 we now have records on roppongi EVOLVED vers. A (JJK), B (PHN!X), and C (me). So now you know what your Encore Extra Stage is. good luck to everyone going to the tournament tomorrow, as of 10pm today all the sensors were great.

I went to Round1 tonight and played X2 for a bit. The X2 machine has been moved to the very front of the arcade (the entrance to the inside of the mall) and the sound volume is great. Can hear every song crystal clear. I assume it's been moved to this location in preparation for tomorrow's event. The pads worked really great, I had no problems with sticky pads or freeze arrow drops (and let me say that I have freeze arrow drop problems with 99% of DDR machines I encounter. I simply do not weigh enough to be able to register the freeze arrows all the way sometimes, but I have never had a problem on X2). I assume whatever problems the pads have been fixed.
Anyone hoping to see me at tomorrow's tournament, I'm sad to report that I will not be able to attend. I have an exam during the first half of the day and then a friend's birthday party in Redondo Beach in the evening and I simply cannot fit enough time in between the two. Not that anyone was so looking forward to seeing me, but I thought I'd give a heads up.

Played in my first tournament today at Round1. Got second place 
(lost to JJK cuz hes a beast). Some of it might be on youtube soon, so ill post the links if they are uploaded there.
There was a LOT of problems with the pads, and they had to have some guys come and fix them 3 or 4 times. The worst was with the P2 down arrow, and towards the end the P1 left arrow. Might be back there tomorrow night (so i can use the card i won), and ill report any further problems with the machine.
