So I went to play X3 this weekend, and e-Amuse was offline the entire time. Also, the songlist had reverted to default (i.e. no 2nd mix, KAC or other unlocks) and there was no unique song for Extra Stage (not even Amalgamation).

Does that mean the inevitable has come to pass? Has e-Amuse support for DDR X3 officially ended? I don't like our chances of getting the new DDR over here any time soon. Sad

No idea about that. But if previously all the unlocks were there online (I think the revision code is 2012112600 or something like that?), and eAmuse support has really ended, then you can go to the operator menu and turn off eAmuse from there. Not everything will be available, but at least you'll have the daily songs, the append travel songs, all the boss songs and the KAC songs (except the 2ndMIX remixes). CHALLENGE difficulty for most of the unlocks is available on EXTRA STAGE only.

Afaik, all songs "minus KAC, 2ndmix and enjoy level songs" are still playable offline as long as you selected e-amuse settings to off, otherwise (offline but e-amuse setting is ON), no unlock at all, even amalgamation up to tohoku will not be playable, just as stuck to default song list.

see my post. all songs minus KAC 2ndMIX remixes, 2ndMIX crossover (except PARANOiA Revolution, TRIP MACHINE EVOLUTION) and ENJOY LEVEL.

So it'll go in this order:
-Licenses (minus COME BACK TO MY HEART)
-APPEND TRAVEL
-Daily songs
-All the default KOs
-EXTRA RUSH songs
-EVOLVEDs (incl Tohoku)
-TRIP MACHINE EVOLUTION, PARANOiA Revolution, LOVE IS THE POWER -Re:born-
-REVOLUTIONARY ADDICT, Go For The Top

I think that's it. Also as I said, some challenge charts not available by default: Diamond Dust, TWINKLE♡HEART, アルストロメリア (walk with you remix), 隅田川夏恋歌, FLOWER, Amalgamation, London EVOLVED, Tohoku EVOLVED, TRIP MACHINE EVOLUTION, PARANOiA Revolution, REVOLUTIONARY ADDICT, Go For The Top... did I forget something else?
They are accessible on EXTRA STAGE though.

Sorry if this was requested already.

Since unlocking of songs and courses in DDR X 3 versus DDR second mix connected via e-amusement is complete and already over and DDR (2013 edition) came out already, I would like to request for a complete list of songs under series title DDR X 3 versus DDR second mix in its original order.

I thank in advance those who reply relevantly and accordingly. Big Grin

"Give me a steady beat."

I believe this is listed in the default sort order: This link lists all the songs and related information but it is not properly sorted:

Strange, they even say that it's in default sort order. Is there a way to tell them about that?

I can tell that the song order from BMWiki is not the actual one. The list I sent few comments back is indeed the actual order. I can't send here the proof because it is "risky".

No, I wasn't doubting you, I was just surprised that a site that goes into so much detail go it wrong like that.

they were categorizing it anyway (such as licenses, default songlist KOs, ENJOY LEVEL unlocks etc)

If Bemaniwiki list a default song order, I'm inclined to believe them. They have access to a genuine X3 machine which connects to Konami's EAmuse servers, so they can see the intended song order.

Any machine which doesn't connect to Konami's EAmuse servers may act differently in a couple of ways, and the exact manner in which the software "unlocks" the locked songs, and orders them on the songwheel might be different.

looool tyma don't pull stuff out your ass again

the order of the songs is hardcoded in the game, nuff said. I don't really know the real order but i'm inclined to believe razorblade's. i might double check from another source.

That was a long time to wait to state the obvious, Silverhawke. Though, like Tyma, I would be interested to know if the Asian sort differs from the Japanese sort. Are there still any X3s hanging around where you are?

So that there's no further confusion, when razorblade corrected me, I checked another source and confirmed his list was right. My original post has long been edited to reflect that. Bemaniwiki states that the songs are listed in the default sort order. That's where I got the notion that it... was. But that's just a translation of only a segment of text above the list and it may well have gone on to say that they were reordered from there to mesh with the site's own subcategories.

There's still a lot of X3s but they're offline so I have no idea how would the ENJOY LEVEL and 2ndMIX MODE licenses fit there.

I can tell that the Jap and Asian X3 are the same. It's the security dongle that instructs the game to run in any of the two versions, if you notice the version display at the top left changes just after the security dongle loads successfully.

2ndMIX Mode songs in the X3 song list are dependent on an eAmuse connection?

What about Asian countries that don't get eAmusement service? Or are official DDR releases now corresponding only to the countries that do?

On the latest patch that I know of (2012112600 IIRC), they unlocked most of the things for offline play except the ENJOY LEVEL songs and 2ndMIX stuff (and those 2ndMIX remixes too). When it was online, the 2ndMIX songs are playable, even without eAmuse pass.

Asian countries that don't get eAmuse service (such as Indonesia) is stuck at the very default unlock level (which the songlist goes up to Wicked Plastik, ES Amalgamation, EES UNBELIEVABLE (Sparky remix)). And yeah, officially, DDR releases are only for countries which have eAmuse service. If Indonesia ever get official DDR releases, it'd be Asian version (while almost all the mixes in Indonesia are Japanese; yes, even the X3s found there)

For some reason I thought Indonesia was one of the countries that did have eAmuse. So it's a lot like Malaysia then, which has more Japanese machines than Asian. Probably mostly thanks to Jusco.

And that sucks, especially since X3 kinda redeemed itself on the merit of its unlocks.
