Besides HoratioChallenge and Pluto the FirstChallenge, are there any other boss songs or pseudo-boss songs with Shock Arrows?

Just wondering.

By "psuedo-boss" song I mean a song that was once considered or could be technically considered a boss, yet has a rating less than 10/15. Songs like bag, B4U Voltage Special, Sakura, Shiny World, etc.

EDIT: Found another one: Saber WingChallenge (it's a pseudo-boss because it was exclusive to Extra Stage and has BPM gimmicks similar to bosses).

Thankfully, Konami has realized that we want real Challenge charts with the boss songs, or none at all. I think the only one of those that got any better from shock arrows was Horatio (Japanese version), and that's simply because it gave you a break from the trills and made the song arguably easier.
IIDX Rank: SP 九段 (7/8)/ DP 七段 (5/8); 1P Side player

"On ZiV I'm like Princess Diana"
We do not know if any of the Replicant-D-Action songs have challenge charts because none of them have been unlocked for full play yet.

I found HoratioChallenge really hard Sad
I might be my poor ability to shocks arrows + the freakin screen lag who throws me off.

I don't think that all the boss songs need a Challenge chart.
But i want more "common" songs with a Challenge, if they have the potential stepwise.

Shock Arrows aren't always bad, they're just different (if used correctly). HoratioChallenge (AC version) is a pretty good Shock Arrow boss chart, and Saber WingChallenge is OK except for a few parts.

They're just like Freeze Arrows from DDRMAX - when they were introduced, many viewed them as a gimmick, but now they're pretty much essential. And just like shocks, freezes can be used improperly. The worst example of this is Dead End GRS.

In case anyone was wondering about the longevity of the new pads, JJK and Phil are reporting that Round1's P1 left arrow is sticking after just 15 days....
I hope this problem is fixed/disappears because I planned to go after class today Sad

I hope you are not joking about the Jacksonville Florida thing. That's my city and I would gladly record any information ASAP if they had a test locationor new machine here.

I can't find any other information on the site. Maybe I'll call them later and ask if they have one.

These are all the pics of the place I could find, but I don't see X2 anywhere.

That's no surprise. The place I play over here in the UK have said they've had their machine for 6 weeks, and that suffers from very light sticking. I decided to take it upon myself to fix the pads and found out you can fix it fairly easily yourself by loosening the screws nearest sticking sensors. I wouldn't recommend doing this at your arcade but if they show no sign's of fixing it, its something to consider.

Don't the screws have like a hexagonal hole or something, not flat-bladed or X-shaped?

I got carried away with Uncharted 2 and Calc AB review for exam Tuesday. >_< I was going to wait and call tomorrow, but make sure to give us any news if they have it. I'll go with my friend and take our cameras if they do have it sometime between now and Monday IF they confirm X2 being there.

Just saying though that I would not expect Jacksonville to have X2. Our city is kinda shanty downtown save for parts around the river. The most we have now I think is the Supernova 2 on Blanding and I think a Supernova or Supernova 2 on Beach. Anyplace else either has a dying Extreme or a Max2.

Now, on the other hand, if they have it, I know where I'll be playing now. Smile (well, I'll still be hitting up the Supernova 2 for my license essentials like Two Months Off, Supernova 1 licenses that I liked, and any removed songs since I've been going there for the past few years)

Now, if the "X2" is an X for some reason, I'll probably still check it out and add the place to the machine locations feature. :/

6/17/10? Looks like another location test machine. Round 1's is still the most up to date one right?

That's the WINDOWS build date, not the actual game build. It's a final release.
