In Japan, they never deviated from the original design (at least not outwardly).

I love how after 15 years and four cabinet designs, the hose connecting the stage to the machine is still two black boxes with caution stickers.

Not the Betson redesign, but the Japanese one. It was subtle and mostly internal but it was a bit different.

I'm not sure why they changed the arrow panels again, the old-new ones would have gone perfectly with this design.

kinda surprising BURST THE GRAVITY made it in, I was predicting crossing field will be in but maybe it will end up being covered

It may be that they paid extra to keep just those two X-edits around on purpose. A DDR machine just isn't complete without some Butterfly.

And did they just buy Golden Sky outright or something? I'm skeptical that it's that popular of a song, lol.
