^You made this? Great job! Follows the song very well and would generally fit in a real DDR game! (Take On Me was on one of the Console Versions, right?)
As for the chart itself, I'd say a hard 11. As with any Doubles chart, it's hard to get used to, but for the standards of most Doubles charts, it's pretty tame.

Yes I did! And thank you! I believe this song was put in Dancing Stage SuperNOVA, but it has a different cut from the one used in Mungyodance (that video above).

Thanks for your opinion, I truly appreciate it. I'm fairly new to both stepping on double let alone rating them on an X-Scale, so I needed legit opinions from other users who are more experienced with this.
