I don't know for sure, but I'd have thought that it'd let you unlock everything on HP3, as it's done since HP2.

I have yet to hear the unlocks one would get if they used their HP3 save data onto wii2010.
It states you unlock songs & costumes and such, but no one has shined light on that feature.

Wii 2010 will unlock everything in DDR HP3. Nothing the other way around.

What if they actually are there, but get unlocked with a BK promotional code?
The graphics / music files for those songs aren't on the disc at all. There's no way they can possibly be in the game, in any form.

Hottest Party 4 will get you moving!
KONAMI unveils total body dancing to latest DanceDanceRevolution title for Wii™
Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH will release a new take on dancing on April 29th, when DanceDanceRevolution hottest party 4 steps out on Wii™.
The latest addition to the long-running series, DanceDanceRevolution hottest party 4 offers the user the chance to match full-body movements in order to rack up high scores. The new game uses both the famed dance mat controller and the Wii Remote™ and Nunchuk controllers, with players matching the on-screen arrows with the corresponding footwork, and also using their arms to meet additional moving goals.
This total movement is spotlighted perfectly in DanceDanceRevolution hottest party 4’s stunning Choreograph mode. This new idea is perfectly designed to appeal to both DDR novices and hardened dancers alike, and adds new depth to the classic gameplay. Furthermore, owners of Nintendo’s Wii Balance Board can use it instead of a dance mat, with the board registering complete body movement.
DanceDanceRevolution hottest party 4 allows up to four players to get together and compete against each other, and can be bought with a dance mat controller or a solus title, and enjoys a stunning collection of suitably high-tempo tracks. The new game offers 20 licensed tunes, including Lady Gaga’s classic ‘Bad Romance’, Paramore’s ‘CrushCrushCrush’ and the classic ‘Celebration’ from Kool and the Gang. There are also more than 30 specially-created tunes from KONAMI’s in-house team, all of which are designed to test the player’s co-ordination and rhythm.
With a wealth of game modes – including the eternally popular Calorie Counter system so users can watch the pounds drop off as they dance! – DanceDanceRevolution hottest party 4 is a stunning party game that absolutely anyone can enjoy. The party starts in April!
DanceDanceRevolution: Hottest Party 4 will be released for WiiTM on April 28th/29th. For more information, please contact Steve Merrett at Voltage PR on 020 7502 4462, or email steve@voltagepr.com.

They actually named this one Hottest Party 4!
I'm a bit intrigued, but we know its just gonna be DDR Wii 4PAL.
I'd like to see if the logo/boxart has seen any improvement.

I hope it's not the final version ...
If the target care causual players, that doesn't mean the box art have to be trashed.
On other side, I'm curious about the Choregraphy Mode

We've alreasy seen Choregraphy Mode in Dance Dance Revolution 2010 for Wii. So it's bee out here for a while now. I do find I play it just about as much as the regular game mode though, it's quite fun.

Hottest Party 4? Okay, but DanceDanceRevolution Tamest Party sounds more accurate. In fact, I'm almost offended, this is false advertising. There's nothing hot about the game, especially the licenses. . .
