It looks like a modified version of the Techno-tron font. I can vector the title if that's what you need but I dont know the name of the actual font.

It looks like ITC Avant Garde from the looks of it.
EDIT: Now I feel like making a bg using that particular album art as a base. It looks kind of cool...
