No it wasn't, it was "broken" 12ths (really 32nds) right at the end and before the stop.

This. The steps before the first stop used to be two 8th clusters, but now it's a continuous 12th stream.

Gah, how can you stand to play with that irritator constantly going? It's as bad as the worst air hockey crowd. Not five seconds pass without him saying something.

Oh sorry, wasn't paying attention lol.

My Gameworks is the one in Circle Centre Mall in Indianapolis.

Here's my report on DDR X:

The cabinet is awful. it looks like something you would find in an alley or something (That's probably what Betson was going for ). It looks nicer in pictures than in person. The only good thing about the cab was the monitor. It looks like it's high-def (is it really? Someone tell me the specs.). Everything else was complete trash. Yes, complete, fucking trash. it's that horrible.

I tried out the pads; they suck. Songs I would normally get A's on on the home version, I was getting D's, and I even failed Here It Goes Again, which I usually get an A on. I tested this out with some SN1/2 songs. My first stage was Centerfold, which I got a D on. Second stage was Feel, and I can't remember what score I got on it. I pressed start too quickly. Third was Freeway Shuffle, same as Feel. On SN2, I got a B on Centerfold, I think an A or B on Freeway Shuffle, and an A on FELM Basic. I know I can't do the last one on X if I failed Here It Goes Again.

Now, the game itself. It's a pretty good game,it's just the cabinet that's setting it back from being awesome. The option of using the up and down arrows under the screen on the Options screen is a great feature; often, I'd find myself just pressing the green button when I meant to change the noteskin to Note before X. Dance routines is a nice addition from the Hottest Party games; U Can't Touch This's is kinda... odd.

Now, the locations of all of the machines:

X: Main entrance, above food court.
SN2: Past counter, near HOTD4
USA: Near party rooms and secondary entrance, closest machine to the movie theater.

Edit: Oh yeah, the announcer IS annoying. He really needs to be removed.

They made an upgrade for the announcer, they ad some stuff like this :
"We are not playing here, we are lagging comon' ! Yo !"
"Are you mad?"
"Are yiu lah gi ying ? Stomp stomp tha beat yo !"
They also changes the AAA PFC for AAA GFC. I think you know what i mean

I am very good at max 300 for some reason. Probably because less cross overs, very straight foreward and I know the chart well.

It is no lie that I will probably do worse on songs 8-12 than what I do on max 300.

Its because I'm very tall so playing on doubles feels very strange to move my body so much.

I'm wondering if been small is harder for double than taller. Cause' if you are small, you have small legs. And for some moves it's maybe more intense. I play double sometimes and oh my god, that's hard >.<

Also Legend of Max X-Special Doubles is just... :s

The biggest problem I have playing doubles is when I cross from one pad to another. My feet are big and I slant at a big angle because I'm tall and have to lean on the bar (If I didnt use the bar for doubles I'd fall straight on my ass haha). So doing something as simple as say, Left arrow right pad (hit with right foot) followed by right then down on the left pad is hard because what I listed.

Besides that I just cant keep tempo very well switching between pads. Like I tried that saite song the other night and got 21 great trying really hard haha.

I think being small (not too small) is not bad for doubles. There arent any real stretches a big person can do and a smaller can't in DDR. So i'd even say its better cause its easy to move more freely on the pad.
