But the attendants played the game so they were more than happy to turn it up when I complained. It was about the best DDR machine I've ever played on, equal only to the brand fraking new imported DDRMAX I found in First Colony, Texas back in 2001... with memory card slots

Damn, lucky. I wish I could say the same about my luck with this machine. I've contacted Betson on behalf of the arcade but I haven't gotten any responses after 3 times.
I'm hoping one day I'll drive by and see it in their trash and pick it up, haha. Oh well. No DDR for me.

This is what that same arcade did to their Pump It Up Exceed after Andamiro refused to send them a replacement lamp for the display. If I had had the means to...

On Japanese machines, Queen Zukin's 2nd costume has been unlocked and the restrictions on the 5th Mix X-Specials have been eased.

Aside from ES, EES, and X-Special requirements, are there any songs still locked on the Japanese machine? Or do we know the final soundtrack yet?

Well we've seen videos of people still getting AA's, so it's not like it's terribly hard for some of the easier X-Special requirements. The only ones hard to get would be Extreme's X-Specials

one question : are the sensors inside X (US) dedicab exactly the same as the old one (the one used in old cabinet)?
if so, then just ask for sensors replacement

6/25: Louis-Concent III costume.
7/2: Hidden song (Take A Chance or Xmix4) and boss song (Horatio or on the bounce).
7/9: Blue Rain and Wii song or two Wii songs.
7/16: Course.
7/23: Ranking Courses 7 and 8.
7/30: Queen-Zukin Accessory 2.
8/6: Louis-Concent III Accessory 2.
8/13: Blue Rain and Wii song or two Wii songs.
8/20: Hidden song (Take A Chance or Xmix4) and boss songs (Horatio or on the bounce).
8/27: Course.
