There's just a humongous 16th stream with nothing obvious to grip onto (I think you said it was the piano?). I didn't detect a doublestep, though, so....

Pop n' music? That's interesting. So that stream is a callback to it. That looks insane to do with 9 buttons, though... 4 was tricky enough.
I typed the train wreck part when I was tired (I woke up at like, 8:00 PM and clocked out at 1:00 PM) and with some people being an ass to me for failing it, I snapped at them and quit playing the rest of the files. :/ (There were like, 4 left, but I didn't feel like playing through them) And then I was going to yesterday and then fell asleep (at 5:00 PM...) before I could. Finally, I got the votes in (about 4 hours before the deadline). I actually changed my mind about the file, it's actually better than I remember but it's still a little out of whack. Then again, 10 footers have never been my cup of tea.
...speaking of deadlines... vincentw?

Yeah... I already made my votes post (I played through all of the Round D files in 90 minutes instead of being an idiot like Round C), and I am waiting to submit it. I have it saved in a .txt file in case my computer needs to restart due to problems or the power goes out.

To avoid issues with no graphics, feel free to message me for some. I check the site once a day or so, and if you get ahold of me before Saturday I shouldn't have any issues getting a ddr/itgbn, bg, and jacket made. (and I'm totally still in graphics mode after remaking 77 full sets for my pack)
I should be back to actually involve myself again fully after Christmas, I will probably submit a couple of backup skeletons before that so hopefully someone gets one of those.

OK, it's math time! [ROUND E] starts on 7:00 PM Monday on the east coast of America, 4:00 PM Monday on the west coast of America, 9:00 AM Tuesday in Korea, and 1:00 AM Tuesday in Italy! Am I missing anyone?

I don't think you used the right times there.5:00 PM UTC time is 9:00.A.M. for me (Pacific Standard Time)

Vincent has mentioned at some point beforethis was added just nowthat the deadline time is midnight for him
I realize he didn't explicitly mention he'd be late today/earlier , but things happen. I figure he fell asleep. (Sorry)I'd probably fall asleep too, if I had to do something at midnight precisely.
I figure we'll probably have to wait another couple of hours for skeletons and results and stuff.

What's especially itching me is if DDRDAIKENKAI and Nezemarth's files are still qualified.
DDRDAIKENKAI was 16 minutes late but his file came well before the results post, and Nezemarth submitted his file on time, however, he submitted the wrong .sm (it's the skeleton that was submitted a week ago) and his file is unplayable.

They are not. We already sorted out this rule. Anything submitted after 17:00 UTC is not qualified to take part in round.

Nah, those were the times in other locations at English midnight, not at the standard time of 5:00 UTC. That would be 12:00 PM East coast, 9:00 AM West coast, 6:00 PM Italy, and 2:00 AM Tuesday in Korea.

Sadly, the steps by DDRDAIKENKAI and Nezemarth are disqualified this round.

It's okay, dude. :P It's certainly better than what could have happened.

What a unique song. This chart was pretty straight forward, it followed the music well. I didn't see anything that needed fixing.
Immediately obviously, this is an ITG/Keyboard chart. Anyway, this is also good, although there's an irregular left yellow note-only stream in the middle (or maybe it's 3.9?).

Cool chart. :3 There was nothing off about this, the gimmicks weren't obtrusive, this was just good. (thumbs up)

Ooh. This was pretty cool. The song is also pretty unique. Not much to say here.

Nice 24th swing. :P Other than that, relatively straightforward.

That background is...distracting. I have decided to played on the 2P side to reduce it's distractingness.
*switch*
Anyway, this was a simple file. Song is okay. I might attempt to PFC it at some point.

Mm.... I guess this is alright? There were some glaringly obvious doublesteps.
I think switching to the 2P side (with the numpad) is actually a better idea. Because now I can actually notice doublesteps instead of me not feeling like doing crossovers. With something like L D R, my fingers will crash into each other because on the arrows keys, down is the same level as left and right, making it difficult to do those kinds of crossovers.

...yeah... Those stop gimmicks are forced. Unneeded. I would have gotten this FC'd in a sightread otherwise. There were also some...rather extreme crossovers at the end (and there are 4 notes that are in complete silence?...)... This could be a bit better. :/ It sucks too, that song is so cute.

Preview music, oh man. I like this song already.
(...)
Alright. This is one of my favorites! Nothing about this chart was out of place, the song is awesome, and I could actually visualize the crossovers in this one. Nice work. :D Too bad this was late by 15 minutes...ouch.

Chewi's first 10 footer for the contest!... even though it should be a 9 footer, but eh. Anyway, this was good, except I detected some possible double steps... or I'm doing the chart wrong? But yeah. A nice file. And those streams were fine too.

Unplayable. The .sm is still the basis submitted a week ago. I have a bad feeling this will be disqualified...

Alright. I'm terrible at this file. It's SLIIIIGHLTY off-sync and I got distracted during one part... But otherwise, the chart was fine. Nothing glaringly out of place.
TSAR BOMBA
Hm... I think it's fine. 10 footers aren't my cup of tea, but I didn't see any bullshit, except maybe the "32nds" stream (16ths at 190 BPM in disguise).

Ooh, 90's eurobeat. :P (I think?) This chart was just the right amount of difficulty. And this is from ParaParaParadise? That's interesting.
This is really fun. :3 I wouldn't say it's an 11 footer, but it's certainly difficult. But that's okay, it's actually well-done and I didn't catch anything out of place.
妖怪祭参道 -Oriental Swing- / Youkaisai Sandou
This is a pretty cool song. One of my easier files, I think I did well with all of the difficulties. If there's any accidental double steps (poor patterning) or some missed opportunities, do not hesitate to let me know.

This has some drifting. O_o The first half is an 8th off (and you have to think of blues as 4ths instead of 8ths, and vice versa for red). The steps themselves are okay, though.
Found out the drifting is because the song is miscut. Oops. I guess a stop could have countered that, but then it might throw players off... Anyway, wow, I was terrible at this. Those streams sure are busy. I'll have to try this one again to see if I can do it sometime.
Also, WOW. This is from Danganronpa. One of my friends loves that game, I can't believe this slipped under my nose. I looked at the background, and some of the characters ARE indeed familiar now that I know this. :P

On my song assignment for [ROUND E]- Well it had to happen sometime... I'LL TAKE IT! No gimmicks this time.
On my song submitter- What strange deja vu...
On One More Time's review- Which four notes, where? And remember, there's always Cmod 160 if you don't like gimmicks.
I haven't played a single song of [ROUND D] except my own so far. Looking forward to this!
@CuzcoBlocko- Yep. The ironic part is that I submitted it because I wanted to see how someone else would step it.

was kinda messy. I'll take it though.

I'd like to apologise to the person who submitted Posin. I really tried to get it on before the submission. I really liked the song & wanted to make sure I completed it, but I didn't anticipate not having WiFi in this hotel. I do appreciate you submitting it.

I should apologize to the submitter of Sigatrev's skeleton as well, since I was being a lazy idiot and trying to submit directly from my Stepmania's song directory, rather than than exporting the song to my desktop and getting the simfile contents from there; when I saw usaminseijin's comment about how the sm file was the skeleton, my computer was turned off and I was miles away from it, leaving me with no means to retrieve the proper sm/dwi file in time
. Though unfortunately my poor actions have impacted my simfile's ability to be judged, at least the contents of the simfile are still there.
Also I will apologize for the submitter of Star Scat's skeleton, since I might double the BPM of the simfile (since otherwise there will be a bunch of 24th notes, which make the file feel 'slower' than I want it to).

They are the final notes of the stepchart. Unfortunately, prepare to get lambasted even more on this simfile when I post my votes/notes for Round D.
