Can we use an entry for a previous category if we add doubles steps to it?

Yes ;)
In fact, i'm stuck with my
-only for now. The rythm is SO obvious on the beginning that i don't know how to make an alternate and easier rythm
I have plan to work on this again this afternoon.
So far, you uploaded 3 songs silent for this week ?

Am I the only one participating this week?

OMG JUST YU WAIT
I'm throwing around at least two simfiles right now - one's got all charts and no graphics, one's got one chart and no graphics - and I might be able to finish a third in time.

I am working on one. Doubles is not one of my strong points when it comes to simfiles, so it's taking longer to make. I'll try to get it in today.

DOUBLES:

I'm a n00b when it comes to doubles, so if this sucks...

Also you don't have to vote to have your song count

I'M GOING AS FAST AS I CAN
Speaking of which,

[CROSSOVER D'n'B] Electrify - mutemath
doubles:
2 —
4 —
6 —
8 —
10
Go get it
APPEND: Review of License Week!
1901
S-Std: A pretty gorgeous six-footer (that's coming from somebody who doesn't usually play 6's
) Watch those spins, they're a bit more difficult than you think.
S-Heavy: Interesting rhythms. I'm not sure I like what you did with the frozen jacks, but the rest of it's very convincing and definitely worth a play.
D-Std: It's a bit complicated rhythmically for a 5-footer, and the doublesteps are making it even more complicated.
D-Heavy: Good rhythms, bad placement. Try it out on some pads and see if you can make those stretches without falling over.
All The Right Moves (Dave Aude Radio Mix)
S-Std: Pretty decent for a 5'. A couple awkward doublesteps.
S-Heavy: A good chart all around. Lots of variety. I think it might be closer to a 6 than a 7, but fact remains, it's a good chart.
Baby Baby Baby (We Are Terrorists Remix)
S-Std: Not bad, but not overwhelmingly good, either. I'd like to see those gallops in the second half be on the triplet, not the 16th note.
S-Oni: I was starting to get really bored of the gallops at the end. The first part was great, though. Criticism aside, this is definitely a 7-footer.
Batman
S-Std: Haha, I could have guessed every step you put down just by listening to the music. Feels like a workout mission, though, and not very interesting.
S-Heavy: I liked the ideas you had for twists and turns, but I don't think you tied them together very well.
Bulletproof
S-Std: This is the proper difficulty for this song. I'd still say it's got a lot of doublesteps.
S-Heavy: OK, that was interesting. Very hard to read, especially not knowing the song. And there were some pretty awful doublesteps...but not enough to pan it completely
Carouselle
S-Std: Solid for a 6-footer. The song had the potential to get really confusing, but I don't think a six-footer player would have too much of a problem reading this.
S-Heavy: A damn fun chart. I think the song itself gets a lot of the credit, for having such a solid beat to step to, but the placement is beautifully executed.
D-Std: A solid 6-footer that would be a good learning chart, in my opinion.
D-Heavy: Actually got a chance to take this one to the r21 and play it. It was really fun
I liked the rhythmic emphasis and threw some spins on the jumps. Got a bunch of funny looks - guess the song was a bit too dark for the family arcade atmosphere. High marks though.
Numbers
S-Heavy: Copypasta down from S-Oni.
S-Oni: Three things. It's a 9', not a 10'; that's not how you use freezes; and I like your foot placement variety, it's getting better.
Our Velocity
S-Std: Kind of like the S-Heavy, just a little bit more sedate and more on the red note. Less interesting, too, but still not bad.
S-Heavy: A nice uptempo 8-footer. Not much space for breath, but it feels fine (not like The Least 100sec. for example).
D-Std: A bit better for its foot rating than the D-Heavy. It's very Holic-ish and ends up feeling like very little is going on, but it's good for not overloading the 7-footer player.
D-Heavy: It was OK. Not really enough variance for me until the breakdown to the second chorus. Easy to read, though, and only one crippling doublestep in the beginning.
Scream
S-Std: Feels like a slimmed-down version of S-Heavy - less jumps, no voltage. Meh.
S-Heavy: The voltage 16ths weren't funny. This song really just needed a primarily red-note chart, and not the quasi-gallop it got.
Sorry Sorry
S-Heavy: Also quite interesting. Probably would feel more like a 7 than an 8 to somebody who's not interested in executing the spins.
S-Oni: Really fun chart. Lots of purpose to the foot placement, fits the song really well. The only beef I have with this chart is that the jump-jump parts feel very ITG-ish.
Stamp on the Ground
S-Heavy: This is your best chart to date. I think I really like the hands, and the triplets are much better placed than in S-Oni.
S-Oni: Feels like a slightly ramped-up EternuS. Not bad, actually, although I would have liked to see some foot focus alternation in the gallops (not always left-right left-right) and a little more attention to where the streams should actually start.
D-Oni: Um, no. It would have been passable had you not managed to break each stream with an awful doublestep (the first one's the worst - watch for the right foot suddenly having to get to 1P L). Also, please don't put my hands behind my butt. That's awkward as hell.
Tom Sawyer
WTF. I think this was a really bad choice of music. The charts are basically the best you could pull out of this song, and I still would walk a wide circle around this song.
Touched
S-Std: It's OK, I guess. I begin to doubt that this song is within the time limit, because it just goes on and on and on and on and...
S-Heavy: Really inconsistent density, which made it not very fun to play.
Trapeze (Daniel Kandi Remix)
S-Std: It's a 4-footer. What can I say.
S-Heavy: Except for some very few bits of voltage, this chart's a 6-footer. Also, I don't really like how the regular beat gets left behind in favor of the emphasis notes. Gotta be careful with trance.
Untouched
S-Std: Even better than the S-Heavy. Fits the feel of the music better, and has great step placement.
S-Heavy: This chart was fun. I generally approved of the rhythm, but sometimes it got a little weird. Some doublesteps, a couple right before freezes, which made them awkward as all getout.
Wavin' Flag
S-Heavy: A good 7-footer complement to the 9-footer S-Oni. The chorus step placement is solved by the lack of freezes, so it's even better.
S-Oni: Much more interesting than I was expecting. That's a good thing - I thought I was going to be bored throughout
The step placement at the beginning of the chorus is really awkward, but otherwise, this is quite decent.

Sexy Chick was one of my sims, haha.
The theme for next week is Other Rhythm Games (i.e., not Bemani). So your music selections could come from DJMAX, PIU, PaRappa the Rapper, Amplitude, what have you.
