Neutrino to me represents the worst qualities about DDR boss songs these days. The difficulty stems from frustrating BPM changes and changes in note quantizations that serve no purpose other than to make it difficult to read the notes or pick a convenient speed mod. I really wish they would get away from that. Imagine if there were a 19 (or 20 for that matter) where it were easy to read all of the notes in the song, but the difficulty came only from the patterns themselves (and the stamina involved).

The speed changes in Neutrino fit changes in intensity in the song imo. I wouldn't have put in them myself for the sake of readability but I can see the motivations behind the all of the gimmicks used. And is a solid 16.
