Added a sub rule to prevent a protental issue.
7b. In the event of the threshold being 0 votes, Users who don't upload a file and/or have 0 votes will be eliminated.
This way we don't end up having everyone with no votes also going on to round 2 and end up just starting over from the beginning. Pretty much if this happens, you move on if you at least upload something.
BUMP: Category is up. There's currently 33 members that have entered. Everyone who's asked to sign up should be signed up.

Just gave this thread a super-sticky sticky. It's like Velcro, or one of those burrs that stick to your dog. It could also be gorilla tape for all I know. Point is, stickied.
