As long as it is your skeleton that you made and the stepcharts were never submitted, it should be fine.

As long as it is your skeleton that you made and the stepcharts were never submitted, it should be fine.

Even if it's not your skeleton you can always ask the original submitter if it's okay to step it (this was the case with Sylvan Fairy's Dance from Tournament of Immortals 5/Simfile Shuffle 2014).

Haha, I got that one in 2014 (well, January 2015 but still). :P I was too interested in something else non-Stepmania related that went south really quickly to complete it, but it was a decent song.
