I've gotten to the point where I feel that I can release this as a beta with minimal issues.

Unpack it wherever you feel like and run stepmania.exe from the programs folder.

If you want to change any options: spacebar, backspace and scroll lock all are mapped to the operators key. I highly recommend only running this game in the PAY or FREE modes. If you run it in HOME mode, there's no warranty for anything breaking (courses, magic dance, etc.) and I have no plans to support those modes.

TODO:
Rerate songs for 1-9 foot scale
Add in background movies

If anyone wants to work on the todo list, be my guest. I'm personally going to take some time off from this mini-project of mine because I want a break from it. It's playable enough as-is.

I could help with the reratings, but I'm NOT the best person with getting the Background movies. I know a bunch of other users on here are able to rip ps1 BG videos, but I can't remember their exact names off the top of my head.

ACTUALLY, I do know one user who could possibly know, named CuzcoBlocko. He's also a good friend of mine. He can make HD versions of BG videos, but I don't know if he exactly knows how to catch some 5th mix BG scripts... but it's worth asking.

UPDATE: I'm renamed this thread from "DDR Mockups Thread" to "StepMania Simulations Thread" because the word Simulations is a better-fitting word to describe what I work on in this thread. Also, I'll eventually be uploading....

Your dreams has come true. DDR EXTREME USA-JP-style has been uploaded! It took forever to upload it on Mediafire, but then it failed at the end, so I decided to upload it on One Drive.

Also, AratnitY, your 5th mix has been added on the Opening Post.

Oh, and the Images have been removed, because for some reason, half of the pictures are pretending they don't exist...

DDR X USA has finally been uploaded! I added the download link on the first post! Ugh...it's like 4:20 AM here and I'm tired as hell. I know 85% of you people are sleep right now, and I hope you're all having a sweet dream while I'm awake typing-WAIT did I just say 4:20?! SMOKE WEED EVERYDAY!!! Okay, goodnight. I'm finally going to sleep.

The other big problem with this is that last I checked, SM5 can't support playing RandomMovies at altered speeds, so they'll all be crazy off anyway. Correct me if I'm wrong tho, since this is pretty much the one thing that's keeping me from upgrading.

Can u try get the euromix 2 simulation

Theres no theme for euromix 2 but i can make one doesnt look too hard

It looks alot like DDR Max 2, but... MAYBE I'll try. I'm working on many other DDR's.

it really does but just like EXTREME USA the nonstop and challenge mode is on the music wheel which is directly impossible to add on 3.9... 5 on the other CAN do that but I haven't found a way.

What I'd do is just say "Fuck Nonstop" then start working.

Excellent. (I don't remember a CS Euromix 2...are you referring to other DDR games?) Link me to the thread, whenever you make it. Anyways, I'm gonna just start focusing on this thread mainly. I have a new goal. I'm gonna (try to) make a simulation of every DDR that has a Stepmania theme.

The next 3 DDR's I'm focusing on (along with Euromix 2):

-DDR Extreme 2
-Dancing Stage Fever
-DDR SuperNOVA CS JP

What DDR would you want me to make after I'm done with the 3 DDR's above? Also, do you think it's a good idea to upload a CUSTOM DDR X2 CS JP game on this thread? I already made the game. It's basically what I think the song list would look like if there would've been a Japanese PS2 DDR X2.

EuroMix 2 has a CS and AC version

DDR Extreme 2 is not a hard theme to make I could do it for sm5

I'm also making the DDR extreme USA theme for sm5 it's going along good at least

I am also planning to make a workstation hackintosh so I can have a better computer to rip files from the ps2 disc from pcsx2

Lol I already kinda started making that theme, when I uploaded DDR Strike. You could download that Simulation then try to finish making the theme?
