Okay hostinger decided to say that I wasted to much cpu. So, i just hosted it on my actual site.

It's alright but on the default ITG2 theme some of the text would be cut off at the top and bottom. Color palette could probably also match the background picture a little better

^ Pretty much this. Also, I think the glow effect is a bit too strong and could probably be toned down. But overall I do like what you were trying to do with the banner, and I think it could be a really good banner with some tweaks.
