Alright since people are starting to finish songs and we have a good healthy amount of people participating in this now, Once you finish stepping a song(s) you can claim new songs. You're still limited to working on 3 songs at a time for the time being.

So, basically what this means is that if you finish and upload 1 song, you can claim 1 new song, upload 2 songs and you can claim 2 new songs, etc.
