What about STM 200?

His real name is Ken Matsumoto. STM is just his DDR handle name (and yes, this is the same person that won (one of) the DDR contest(s) in 4th mix and worked with Naoki to make Paranoia Eternal for 5th mix). He himself just pronounces it "ehsu-tee-ehmu" (katakana pronounciation of the roman characters). The "200" bit was just added on for the song. In Japan, I have heard numbers read as if they were English and the Japanese reading, so either one fits. The Japanese aren't so illiterate about the English language that they don't know numbers (to a point, anyways).

Fixed this one. Many kids nowadays play DDR and mispronounce songs including this one (at least, that the case here in the Philippines)

If Naoki did collaborate with Matsumoto (STM) according to the post 5 posts above this, does that mean Naoki's the 200? :O
EDIT: is it Ken Matsumoto or Takeshi Matsumoto? The former did a ska a gogo remix in old BM/pop'n 15.

I've always had a question about orion. Does the .78 mean anything? Naha? Lol like QQQ = San kyuu.

Flowers = hana ran man, but who the heck uses that?

It's Ken. It is most definitely Ken. Also, one of Naoki's known aliases is the BPM of the song (for the Paranoia series) so yes, he is the "200". Thirdly, "Matsumoto" is a fairly common surname.

If you really want to know a bit more on STM and his role in Paranoia Eternal, here : http://homepage2.nifty.com/ochito/stm.html (Warning : Japanese)

Orion "Naha". Naha (那覇) is the capital of Okinawa. The chanting/singing in the background of the song is Okinawan

On 花爛漫, that is a bit tricky, but it is an artistic license in the language used. The compound is used in poetry and literature, specifically the suffix "爛漫" (ranman) which can mean "at its best" or in the case of flowers "in full bloom (which is when they are at their best)". "Flowers at their best" or "Flowers in full bloom" is the intended meaning of the song, though that is a bit much to say in one breath.
