The region finals went like this.

5 players (Which I dont know why its 5 when it was said to be 4) played two songs. Possession Expert and LOM X-Special (What nice starter songs, huh?)

I knew from the start I wasnt going to win when I saw the songs on the paper they handed me.

The second round they wanted us to play New Decade Challenge and Paranoia Hades challenge. I knew with ringo in the mix there was no chance in hell.

Later, I did get a glimmer of hope, I realized that the top 2 scores of the first round go to the second meaning if Nachipan or M.L-INS beat ringo in score on possession and LOM (which is not too unlikely since Ringo excels at other type of things.) then I would have a chance to go to the second round with one of them and probably have a much better chance at winning.

To put it simple, it played out like this.

The first round I got the highest dance points (Yes they were using DP scoring which is good) and was first going into the second round which didn't matter cause ringo was 2nd. We can all guess what happened in round 2 haha.

But I'm not upset at all. He royally whooped me and I'm glad, if we were even some what close I'd probably have some sleepless nights haha. I will say that I didn't give up and really tried my best considering the circumstances and am very happy to be a part of the tournament. Also, they did the region vs region at the end which I wouldn't have a chance if brosoni picked DEGRS.

I have more to say but I'm going to call it a night for now.

I got some good play time with ringo and other players later that day and those videos will be popping up whenever.

Entire finals vid for those that missed it.

Now that this is all done and finished I wanted to show you guys some of the papers we got on the morning of the DDR tournament.

This first one is basically the schedule of events for the day.


This one was about the DDR X2 tournament and the songs to be played first and second round.



This last one is my favorite. Ever wondered what a list of extremely hard DDR songs looked like? Well look no further.

This is a list of songs that were selectable by the winner of each region in the final round. As some may recall the songs were I'm So Happy, Pluto Challenge, Dead End GRS, Saber wing Headshot challenge, and VD Challenge.



The only hard songs really missing from that list are hades challenge, new decade challenge, LOM XS, and Possession and thats on count of the were in the first 2 rounds so they were excluded on that list.

@Dr. D: That's some nice pictures! BTW, Does Taiwan haveupgrade kits of DDR X3 atm? Quite surprising it's taking so long for the upgrade kits.
