Got a question. How do I remove the red letters off songs 10 footers and up? Sorry if that has been asked 50 million years ago or something. It'll also be cool if you do something about it from now on since I'm positive people have X-rated simfiles. It's a suggestion.

No.
There are two ways around this. Both involve editing the metrics.
1)
This will make it so a song will have to be rated 9999 or higher to be colored red.
2)
This will change the color itself, if you still want the indicator but don't like it being red.

It's in the theme's folder, metric.ini. Just open it and search in it for [SongManager] including the brackets.

it wasn't for testing. people were having 'problems' ( read: bitching and moaning about it ) so I reverted it. it's also not a smart idea to revert to an older build when you can just as easily fix the problem yourself ( it takes like, 30 seconds ).please fix it for rc2.5/rc3? (reverted to 1.5 cuz i can't stand distorted images)

I tried to fix it myself in Actor.lua but it wasn't working the same as rc1.5, unless I made a stupid mistake (but since I have rc1.5 working, I kind of doubt it).
update: Midiman, I don't think that worked. I replaced rc2's BackgroundEffects with the zip you posted, but 4/3 videos are still stretched in rc2 even when I change fallback's Actor.lua to look for something that isn't 4/3.

Basically only the life bar is pretty -- even then, I don't know how to fix the draw order so I can put a grey/black gradient behind the life meter.
Additionally, if anyone knows why there's a white box in this certain overrated reference theme I can't seem to kill even after killing loading of banners.....

I'm trying to make a fork of sm-ssc by adding SN/X grading system, but they won't appear at the options, so I edited the "New" and the "Old" scoring method. However, nothing seems to work properly, since:
- I edited the "New" to make the scoring similar to SN2/X grading system, but the score goes beyond 1 million.
- I edited the "Old" to make the scoring similar to HP, but the score goes beyond 100 million when I play KAKUMEI with this scoring method.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

On the Google Code site, it says sm-ssc is compatible with Mac 10.4 and up. Well, I tried to run this on a 10,4 and got a messagd saying it wasn't.

I've ripped the graphics from DDRUniverse 3, i dunno if i've to post this here, but how can i add the stage Nº in the gameplay screen like the SM3.x series?
i0ve activated but uses fonts and doesn't have a bg image
and you could add a profile system usable by USB? Like ITG/PIU? I'll be interesting if would be added.

Can I make some requests for the next versions?:
-Add 2.5x, 1.25x, and some extra speeds.
-Add the normal DDR arrows, the vivid arrows there are too, colorful and sometimes I lost the track of the arrows.
-Fix the 3.9+ redux edited songs bug.
-A cookie.

When you edit, for example, you take an expert chart, edit, and pass that sim to ssc, the chart "disapears" and moves to "edit"

It even happened to me. Here's how it happened:-First, a simfile is made in 3.9+ Redux in only one difficulty. (e.g. if you make a "groove radar" special chart of a song)
- next, when the simfile is saved, only one difficulty is shown on the music selection (e.g. only "challenge" is shown in 3.9+ Redux)
- when loaded to ssc, there are two things that happen:
if autogen steps is on:
-other difficulties and something like HARD EDIT will appear on the difficulty list
If autogen steps is off:
-sm-ssc will crash.
That's what he meant.

3.9+ Redux has another edit mode bug. When loading a song from a DWI and saving it, any existing charts get their difficulties set to 0.

I get that too, though it also happens if I replace a song folder with a new version of the simfile.
