Just because I haven't seen it mentioned, there is a machine inside the Konami Store at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi. It is on Free Play.
This thing is clearly meant for kids, the height of the button panel is so low kindergardeners can reach it with ease.

You mean there was a machine there at the Konami store. They only had it in from the 22nd to the 28th.
