GameStop's systems don't explicitly say whether or not it's a bundle, but my money says yes.

Y'know what would be cool, is if this game gets append discs like Rock Band and the old PSOne DDR games in Japan.

...i don't care if it's standalone or bundle, if it's for PS3, MORE THAN LIKELY i will get the bundle (c'mon, how else am i going to play the game without some way to hook up my old DDR mats to the PS3?...except for the Pelican plug-in )

You'd think that by now they'd stop it with the PS2 bundles. Some people have half a dozen pads now.

I have six pads so far and if they sell two pads in the bundle without a stand alone game, then I'll have 8 pads.

I have found a single "news" source (via Google news) for Dance Dance Revolution Vol 1 and it only confirms the Wii version by name, mentioning "other systems" alongside the Wii release.

This whole thing seems to be less that 24 hours old, but judging from how quickly people are picking up on it and how everyone's saying the same thing it looks legit. Or a very well orchestrated prank.


I'm sure they'll have bundles and stand alone games... the question is will the stand alone game be released at the same time or will players have to wait a few weeks?

Let's all hope that the standalone's and bundle get released same day/same time

Interesting. Waiting on more information though, but hopefully it's a catch-up mix like EXTREME2. That turned out well. Can't possibly imagine that being the name of the next AC game so that's promising.

Judging by the name, this is going to be a "first 10 years" mix. What's interesting about that news article is that it's from a UK site. So we've all but confirmed the whole gambit for North America and at least the Wii version for Europe. With that in mind if we see a grand revival of Dancemania songs and classic KOs from the first several DDR games, this game can be PURE repeats and potentially better than any English DDR game before it.
