I'd love them to be sold locally. The price through third party retailers is rather restrictive, especially given the dubious conversion to CAD most of the time (although the dollar is pretty weak again). 
Although, they need to actually put effort into it. Remember that absolutely awful "SuperNOVA OST" that appeared on iTunes for a while? Simply atrocious. Low quality, bad tags, missing songs, not worth a free download, even.

Its probably the same singer as Flourish, Frances Maya. You can look on the OST's Booklet or on Hottest Party's Credits. Not sure if they showed Konami songs in the credits on X
