IIDX is really the only series that still removes KOs between versions. Why? Who knows.

Supposedly, they would remove unpopular/less played songs to save space and make room for new stuff. I could see that being a thing with the old hardware, but if that’s still Konami’s reasoning in 2023 I do not know what to say.

They don't do that with DDR, theres a ton of SN/SN2 songs that aren't even played. No reason to do it on IIDX..

It makes even less sense when you consider that songs that have been removed long ago can still show up on INFINITAS and/or ULTIMATE MOBILE, if they aren't already there.
