I used the original arcade data ADPCM WAVs, they are already compressed well enough and seem to work fine in Beatoraja, did not check if they work in LR2 or Outfox as I don't use them.
One file ([p27boss] F-S) has effect unsuported by the conversion tool so might crap out near the end, I've included the original chart datafiles in case this gets fixed
I've applied post-release difficulty changes, including the three songs that got them in High☆Cheers!!

I always enjoy.Thanks a lot!! Some PMS charts with BPM changes are broken due to conversion issues, so I would appreciate corrected versions. Examples include “25 o clock” “Furukoto Upper,” and “Engelion.”

Actual mix number/file name would be helpful here, but from what I can see none of these are from the last upload, right?

Yes, as you said, these are not from the most recent upload.
Almost of them are 25 version.
The PMS files below are the ones.
I’d appreciate it if you could fix only the EX charts, starting with the more difficult ones.

From memory, Timepiece phase II can't be fixed until a new version of the conversion tool surfaces - it uses an unsupported command (there's several songs that have this issue, usually one or two per mix).
I'll see what I can do with the rest, the tool I use doesn't handle BPM changes in songs that have variable time signature correctly, requiring manual fixes. I might have missed some of these.

I'm not seeing any issues with the other files, maybe you could post the PMS (just the PMS, WAV/OGGs are not needed) you have issues with, so I can compare with ones on my drive?

For the other ones, you will need a newer version of the conversion tool (or someone who has a better understanding of the PMS format manually adjusting them), sorry.
