In the topic of the large songlist:

I only said I am disliking the amount because coming from Europe not only am I used to have smaller songlists and having to make the best of them, but also the older mixes where songlists were short anyway. Although big songlists are handy they are incredibly daunting especially from a casual players point of view. Many aren't even aware of ABC sort, hell loads just want to play the licences and select popular casual songs like Afronova.

Perhaps what is needed is better use of the Sort Selection screen. SuperNOVA had difficulty options and from what I've gathered from screenshots SuperNOVA2 it had something similar. Konami just need to implement a better sort selection so casuals can simply keep pushing the green button and get the licences and newer/popular casual songs, and more advanced players can pick All Music or special sorts for more selected lists. I remember someone once suggesting a 'Top 100 Most Played Songs' idea which sounds good, and maybe even a 'Last 100 Played Songs' one as well.

I sliced it to 1:35 (last part of intro before drums enter, 8-bar main, first verse, chorus, ending), and it works pretty well. I'll bring the file up today.[/shameless plug]
