Wow, that unlock list is really big. I'm surprised that VD will be unlocked though, the JP version doesn't have it. That must mean that JP will be getting some MORE unlocks soon...

Finally found the edit site, but whenever I try to make the data, it just fails? (I'm sending the DDRSTEP .zip file into the library manager with the Nijiro data inside it), could somebody else try making a Nijiro edit that is just the official heavy chart for me?

Uh, Valkyrie dimension is available via REPLICANT D-action. Whereas in the cabs we have now, we cannot access it at all.

I can definitely take down a lits of songs/difficulties if I head over. How do you get the version number?

BTW, can my edit data be used in US cabs? Someone said about renaming from DDR_EDIT_J.DAT to DDR_EDIT_U.DAT would work.

From what I remember, that didn't work for X. Things may have changed though. BTW I recommend using the right side USB, the left one's fidgety.

Here's the songlist. I only wrote down the X2 folder stuff. I wrote Super Eurobeat twice, with different foot ratings (1/4/7/11 and 1/4/7/10) and I don't know why. So someone let me know if I missed one I guess.

I took these down quickly, so it's possible I made some mistakes.

As far as unlocks go, nothing I got saved, but AAAing If You Were Here got me the L.E.D G-Style Remix for that round and AAAing Dazzlin Darlin got me the Akiba Koubou mix. Also, extra stage brings out Kimono Princess as expected but I'm sure everyone already knew that. Unfortunately, no e-amuse and stuff so NO idea how unlocks are going to work long-term for the machine

Can someone with a USB try unlocking stuff and then seeing if the machine remembers their unlocks when they play again? Just a theory.

Edit: Fixed the Super Eurobeat/Eternity mixup.

I'm fairly certain Sacred Oath has a chart that's a 12 or 13, but I'm not 100% sure.

Someone should check that for me. I probably missed some of the charts because I wasn't always looking for them.

Also, how do you tell the difference between a legit chart and a shock arrow one? I played Captain Jack thinking it'd be a cool chart and got something with shock arrows that was absolutely miserable o.o

Bonafied Loving, If You Were Here L.E.D. G-Style Remix, Dazzlin Darlin, Time After Time, and Dam Dariram were REALLY fun and I played some of those many times... :X

You're missing ETERNITY, which is a SUPER EUROBEAT song, so that might be the reason for the mix up.

Also, most of the HP3 stuff is unlocked for us by default, which is pretty cool.


A "shock arrow" icon will appear on the song wheel when highlighting a shock arrow chart.

I love how the Super Eurobeat songs are first. These are the songs Westerners will recognize for sure! Hahahaha.
Feel Good Inc., or ICE ICE BABY would be better first selections for North America.
