when was it said that SN3 was in work?

anyway, i know my "local" arcade will get it. by local i mean the one back home. they have mario kart and all that stuff online, so i'm sure they will get e-amuse. and i get to play it in just 68 days its exciting to think i only have to be in germany for 2 more months.

We don't know that it well be called "SN3" AFAIK, but yes they are working on a new probably worldwide release. The Konami rep specifically mention DS AND DDR as well as giving feedback to the folks over in Japan. I'd expect to hear about it in the next 1-2 months with location tests happening soon afterwards. (We still need IR#5 and ZW#5, as well as Pluto and PR unlocked for normal play in SN2 AC.)

Well, the Broadjam contest sorta gave away that there is gonna be another DDR game since the contest was for DDR itself, right? I was gonna enter too, but my music production skills suck.

Anyway, while it's true that we don't know that the next DDR will be SN3, I have a stinkin hunch that it will be. As soon as Pluto and Relinquish are unlocked, I'm also having this stinkin hunch that there will be a test location for the next DDR game whether it be here in the US or Japan.

Seeing as how SN2 was JUST released here in January, I'd say we won't see a Location Test till mid-summer, like with SN2 ;). But Japan will likely get one in the coming months.

And possibly an EU location test just after the NA one, providing the new one's in a Bemani PC.

You have any actual prove that "Supernova 3" is being worked on; of course, I'm only referring to "Supernova 3"as the title and not the "being" worked on part. Why not just refer to it as "the next DDR" game?

SN3 or the next DDR or whatever, everyone knows what you're talking about either way!

Yeah... I highly doubt (due to convention and the move to new hardware) that the next DDR will be SN3, but it gets the point across easily.

Al already added it to the first post, but I can confirm that Diamond Cinemas Westview does have a dedicab. The volume is a bit low during the demonstration screens but it's pretty loud when playing (you can feel the vibration of the floor speakers when selecting options/songs).
